I was told it'll be a 15-20 minute wait if I can pull forward. I pull forward and wait 30 minutes before getting down. I tell them and they laugh saying they couldn't find my car and that they'll have to make it again. I waited another 20 minutes to get my food because they forgot what I ordered. I get home and reveal that my Mac and cheese is barely half full and I'm a leg short of the 8 I was supposed to get. The Mac comes down to the front expo not wanting to restock their product and the chicken just comes to incompetence. I was already not happy, but getting home to see what I got was an extra slap in the face. The whole experience was disgraceful.

Chicken was rotten, ordered to go and I just can’t believe the chicken is not being inspected before given to the customer. Asked for our money back and they did not want give a full return. They were not even embarrassed, poor service and management doesn’t care for customers . My family took a bite of their disgusting chicken.

The worst service I've ever had, I walked in, and there was an employee sitting in the lobby with what appeared to be family members got to the counter, and the young man took almost 10 minutes to even look at me he didn't even acknowledge me with a greeting then the manager came out of the office and started rushing to get my order there was a door dash employee that was there also who was going to have a long wait because they didn't have there order ready either and it had been placed almost 15 minutes earlier this will be my last time going to this restaurant and I will be telling my friends and family about this
