Terrible experience from start to finish. I ordered on the app for a better experience, but now I’m unsure if that’s even possible. First of all, we had to sit through 20 minutes of the staff arguing and trying to get themselves together. Then, they completely ruined my order. I ordered a 2 piece dark with okra and a 5 piece tender with fries. Instead, I was given two 5 piece tenders, 3 bowls of mashed potatoes (no utensils), and the wrong sauce. You would think that with the time the order took to come out, that it would at least be accurate.If you need to reach the restaurant, good luck doing it by phone.

We had to wait on white meat chicken, cashier said it would be ten minutes. Thirty minutes later it still wasn't ready. I had pulled my car around the side, waiting for them to deliver my food. I got out of the car, went inside and asked what happened to my order. The clerk said. They forgot and gave it to another customer. Had to wait 5 more minutes for them to put it together again. This is unacceptable.

I was disappointed, as I went about 9:15 p.m., to try their Chicken Wraps, just to be told, they're sorry, but they're not making any more tortillas, for the night. I decided to just leave. That was the only meal, I was willing to try, as it made me feel as if, they're not really trying to cook fresh food, later into the night.
