We had to wait on white meat chicken, cashier said it would be ten minutes. Thirty minutes later it still wasn't ready. I had pulled my car around the side, waiting for them to deliver my food. I got out of the car, went inside and asked what happened to my order. The clerk said.
They forgot and gave it to another customer. Had to wait 5 more minutes for them to put it together again. This is unacceptable.

Church’s chickens on Lum has the best chicken leg thigh breast and wing tenders always be fresh biscuits are super fresh we are keep this dining room clean keep the customer happy
