Great place to stop for lunch. It's always crowded and tables were dirty at the time we were there BUT someone cleaned them right away after we asked and we enjoyed our pizza.

Restraunt dead as hell , bus boy barely has anything to do and wants to come to the table and ask “politely “ that we not stack plates on table next to us , there’s no other tables here so why crowd our table when you can come be out the way and us not be in yours

Letty the reg was very sweet and helpful. As busy as she was she took time to stop and help us. The pizzas were not messy, today the cook Chris really did his thing on taking time to make us some really good pizzas and how we wanted them. Also thanks to Ricky for helping me and keeping up with my kids mess. We love this cici's and alway enjoy our time here.

Great option to other chain restaurants that cater to kids. There is a small game room with prizes available. Pizza buffet, soup and salad as well as brownies and cinnamon rolls. Tvs in every corner tuned to cartoons and sports.
Everyone was very nice super helpful loved it great price ,only complaint I have is the outside along the bottom of the windows trash was littered kind of a turn off an the further back corner had no air flow place just needs a super deep clean but the customer service is insainly pleasant!!! Great pizza to. they were slapping them out fast

Came in late as we're only visiting the town temporarily, they already had the ovens shut down before 9pm and had already been sweeping and cleaning up apparently for a while before we arrived. The lady who ran the register was straight up rude. When we checked out, they should have said that the ovens were shut down and we would have gone elsewhere. The workers at this particular Cici's have ZERO work ethic. They should take some lessons from the San Antonio Cici's on Loop 1604, THOSE people actually know how to WORK! Hands down the worst Cici's we've been to.

Stuffed crust was like a little cold square with like 6 slices. Pretty much the worst pizza I've ever had. Sorry.

Took the team there. Food was good and fast. Prices reasonable. Atmosphere a bit less than the Calallen location. Manager did a good job for us.
