Sure enough it was from a leak in the ceiling that they elected to expose and embrace instead of repairing.Pricey with a limited breakfast selection, but coffee is better than Starbucks and the staff is much friendlier. Got a great atmosphere with a variety of seating options both inside and outside.

Friendly staff, prompt efficient service; tasty beverages! Indoor and outdoor seating. Spacious yet cozy ambiance. Clean facilities. Family friendly. We spent a couple hours chatting with family and friends. Only distraction was the chairs screech on the tile floor when moved, which happened multiple times - to be expected but horribly jarring in an otherwise delightful atmosphere.
If you are Asian or in dark color their way of behavior will be different and rude. Just a heads up. ?

I’ve been coming here for awhile and although I never have this problem at drive thru the workers inside are SO unfriendly like they absolutely hate their job. I once asked what was in one of their drinks and they looked at me like I was an alien not knowing (I’m not from the US). It’s awkward sometimes at how much they don’t seem to care about customer service.The only best think is the solitary area in the back with the brick wall. But the workers aren’t well-trained in friendliness.

This place has such a nice atmosphere. The dining area felt very relaxed/cozy. The gelato was delicious along with the sausage egg & cheese croissant. They didn’t have much options for gelato but I’m sure it’s because I went in the evening. Only negative comment I have is when I first walked in. I felt extremely awkward. When I ordered no one really said anything until I asked questions.
