Coffee Waves

I’ve gone in a couple times for gelato and the employees have no idea what “gluten free” is and try to tell me the only one I can have is the non-dairy one. Now, obviously if it has cookies crumbs or something I know I can’t eat that, but for other flavors it would be pretty simple to have a list of ingredients they could check to see if there is any hidden gluten, like barley malt or something. I know they can’t guarantee something is free from cross-contamination, which is a risk I’m willing to take, but it shouldn’t be too hard to list ingredients somewhere that employees could look up. After an employee was downright rude today I decided I just don’t need a gelato that bad.

Ordered some italian sodas and added espresso. Saw some interesting flavors on the menu and added them too. Delicious! That said, the baristas snickered and loudly made fun of what I ordered the entire time they were making it, which was definitely weird. This did not make me feel very welcome.

Every time I come here the baristas always have horrible customer service. If they want tips they should be a bit nicer to customers. Not to mention my drink that was supposed to be frozen was all liquidy and runny.

Best coffee shop of all the places and all the times

A great place to have meetings and the coffee was great! I guess that's why everyone goes to Coffee Waves for coffee

First time coming here, tried the ham and cheese croissant and a cafe latte, both were good. Only thing was the cashier didn’t look very happy and no thanks or have a nice day. For the price I payed a smile at least would have been appreciated. Do better baristas.

Absolutely ? the best coffee in town, best service, owner is top notch, great atmosphere. There are even options for the Littles. THE BEST!
