The atmosphere was quiet and allowed us to have a quick work meeting. Danielle the barista was exceptional and ran the entire facility on her own. Great job!

Coffee and food were amazing. Staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The only thing I have to say was my coffee had some ice chunks in my frappe and had difficulties drinking from the straw, but other than that, it was a satisfying drink 😌

I’ve gone in a couple times for gelato and the employees have no idea what “gluten free” is and try to tell me the only one I can have is the non-dairy one. Now, obviously if it has cookies crumbs or something I know I can’t eat that, but for other flavors it would be pretty simple to have a list of ingredients they could check to see if there is any hidden gluten, like barley malt or something. I know they can’t guarantee something is free from cross-contamination, which is a risk I’m willing to take, but it shouldn’t be too hard to list ingredients somewhere that employees could look up. After an employee was downright rude today I decided I just don’t need a gelato that bad.
Great coffee.

Great coffeehouse feel. Incredible people.
Food is acceptable, but nothing to brag about.
Seriously expensive. I know it costs a bunch to pay people, utilities, and rent, but that's the most expensive cup of chai I've ever had.
On my budget, I need to stick to convenience store coffee.

I'm not sure where the money is going, but it's definitely not back into this coffee shop. The ambience is terrible - no music, nothing. The bathrooms are horrendous. I ordered two iced drinks and all of the ice melted by the time I walked out of the store. Will not be back.

Stopped by Coffee Waves in Flour Bluff during a recent trip, and I'm so glad I did. The coffee was excellent-rich, smooth, and clearly made with care. I ordered a seasonal latte, and it was perfectly balanced-not too sweet, just the way I like it.
The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with plenty of comfortable seating and a relaxed coastal vibe. Even though it was my first time in, the staff made me feel like a regular-super friendly and happy to offer recommendations.
I also grabbed a pastry, which was fresh and delicious-great quality for a local café. Whether you're passing through or live nearby, this place is absolutely worth a stop. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be returning!
