Friendly but deceptive. Snuck herbalife into my "acai bowl". Tasted artifical and chalky with a sugar free after taste. Ate the fresh fruit that came on top and dumped the rest. Shady business built to sell Herbalife products.

Second time visiting. First time experience was wonderful. This time was not the same. Purchased a Oreo shake and strawberry/banana protein waffles. The waffle were fine but the toppings were dry and old. With ‘Nutrition’ part of your name and image, I expected more. Please do better.

Wow. That is a LOT of fake sugar. It was all I could smell and taste in their "acai" bowl. As soon as I opened the container, there was an overwhelming smell of diet pepsi. I don't think there was any acai in there either since it was pink, not purple. Lots of ice as well. Bad aftertaste. It won't go away.
I got a green drink as well that initially tasted good, but the fake sugar became overwhelming.
If you're accustomed to things sweetened with fruit, you won't like the stuff here.
The person working there was very nice and the atmosphere was also. Maybe they could work on sweetening with dates/date sugar or something.

After the store's backhanded apology and BS response, I'm downgrading the 2 star to a 1 star. What a disgusting company.

I sent my husband to pick up some acai bowls for our breakfast and he came back with a pink drink that I could obviously taste protein in. The menu includes a photo of a purple acai bowl with blueberries in it yet they don’t have blueberries as a topping option. I did not eat it since I don’t like protein powder as it upsets my stomach. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with this business tactic.

I was super craving an açaí bowl, and maybe it’s bc I’m pregnant that I was just so dissatisfied and disappointed, but this just didn’t hit like I needed it to. I ordered an açaí bowl and I got a protein shake basically. It didn’t taste anything like açaí lol. It tasted like milk, protein powder, ice and açaí powder. So if that’s your thing then go for it.

We also ordered the waffle pizza. Okay I know I know, but come on, at a place that says nutrition in the actual store name I’m expecting more than ragù sauce and kraft cheese to be thrown on top of a sweet waffle. There is absolutely nothing nutritional about the dangerous chemical additives and preservatives in those products. I took a bite or two and then fed it to the birds outside, to be fair they loved it. I also took a peek at the ingredient label on the fat burner bar they had available to buy and it has glucose syrup and high fructose corn syrup plus harmful additives and preservatives in the ingredients as well.

Anyways total flop and waste of 47 dollars plus tip. The lady working was cool though not her fault lol.

I ordered the Texas sunrise twice but the second time was bitter and not as good for some reason. also ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and that was good.

Being that I was a first time customer here I wasn’t very sure what to get or what to pair it with, and the gentleman that was working was not very helpful just kind of passed by my questions. He was a little tied up talking to regulars then trying to help me figure out how everything worked. Which I understand you want to keep the ones who come everyday satisfied but wouldn’t you want new customer to turn into repeat customers? I got the Açaí bowl and it was very gritty and full of ice junks. It was not enjoyable I just threw $16 away. He did say it was going to be a little more sweet but not gritty. I will probably learn to make them at home myself. Thank you though.
