Took the kids to eat, we had a good meal. Chicken, Shrimp, and Veggies. We ate good and laughed a bunch. Our server was on top of things and we had a great time.
The food cold gravy clumpy and sides looked old and were not good at all. Did not want to complain because we could never get waitress to our table. She showed up only to take order and to give our reciept to pay.did not refill or ask if everything ok. So very disappointed on this visit. $28.32 gone to waste.

Very disappointed with the service. We always enjoyed going to cracker barrel have not been recently & we were very disappointed. We didn’t get a kids menu or napkins on our table. Dirty mug with someone’s lipstick when they serve the coffee. The waitress was supposed to come right back with a clean mug we had to wait for that. We had to wait a long time for food then have the manager tell us another 15’min wait for “fresh fried chicken.” The manager asked us If we would like the rest of the food served we replied yes. Another 30 min just for the food without the “fresh fried chicken.” We had to ask another waitress for boxes. Once our waitress did come we asked her for 2 bags, she only brought one bag. Not sure if we will come back for a while. Better just to stay home and cook.Instead of waiting 40 min for a table and almost an hour for food…. & horrible service by the waitress. We still tip the waitress because we are not that kind of people not to tip even though it wasn’t deserved

Love this place for breakfast! The hash brown casserole is amazing! My server was so nice and professional, always made sure we had everything. The little gift shop has super cute items.
Came in for breakfast for dinner was not good will not be back.
