This was the most pitiful nachos supreme you could imagine. It was very very small and had hardly any ingredients. Very disappointed in my experience here. I will absolutely not be returning.

I specifically placed my order at Drive-thru very clearly and slowly (so she could hear me, she repeated it, & I reverified how I wanted everything! She gave me the 1 meal with a kid fry not regular fry (& not a full one either) & my banana split I asked to be made (after my meal ) was made so it didn't get all melted & to add nuts to it, nope, it was all melted & no nuts! Then she had the audacity to tell me after I had already paid that the nuts are $.87+ tax, instead of apologizing & adding me some for free for the inconvenience! Girl, get it together, & fix the order the right WAY!! ?♀️

Can I have all the blizzards? I ordered my favorite Oreo Blizzard. Also the Texas t brand tacos are not to be ignored, wonderful crispy shells. Next I will get a delicious hungr-buster.Parking: A very large parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance has a ramp to get in. Inside is narrow in some places and probably can’t get a wheelchair into the restrooms.
Went thru drive thru. Ordered chicken basket, a dude sandwich and a belt buster. Waited for over 20 minutes for the food to arrive. Guy that brought it to the car was incredibly rude, and when i questioned why 20 minutes was told i was being rude and i did not have to come back. Then he threatened me to a fight and started cussing. Will be contacted corporate about this Do not go to this Dairy queen.

My son and I ordered thru drive thru last night 9/1. We ordered a banana split and a small blizzard. The service was fast but when I got the banana split it was all melted! This is not the first time I’ve had bad experiences with this Dairy Queen. This time I’m done giving them chances. Last time I ordered a dude combo with onion rings and when I got my food the bun was cold and hard! Then I got fries instead of onion rings! I hate to call and complain but these cooks and servers at the window need some training. The third time I ordered a box of buster bars and they were all smashed and looked like they were melted and then froze them to be sold still! When they should’ve just written them off in waste! Third time I’m done, this place is horrible.
