I guess I got the short end of the stick today. Ordered the new Dr pepper burger or whatever it's called. The onion ring was terribly old, felt like they just tossed a dehydrated onion ring into the fryer to bring life back into it. Also idk what I was suppose to taste? There was bacon and some sort of green like relish on the burger? I couldn't even tell what it was but it was literally like half a teaspoon of it. I couldn't take it back cause I'm a plumber on the go I don't got time to be going back and forth for food. Now I remember why I don't go to DQ 😒

Tonight. 8/24/2025 10:15pm. The drive thru guy with glasses was RUDE. When he says the sour cream was FREE I asked for 6 of them because we ordered a lot of tacos and my husband wanted sour cream. And he made a disrespectful sound. Like PSHHH ......
Sir you do Not Buy the sour cream or own the store I'm js. If you say it's free and customer wants extra sour cream. What's the big deal. I simply said I will pay for it. I always say. If you don't like your job QUIT! .

Ordered curbside and showed up to the restaurant at the estimated time. No one ever came out with my order. I called the store to let them know I was outside waiting at curbside but no answer. So what's the point of ordering curbside when I still had to get down to receive my order??

The place was so filthy trash everywhere on the tables and water stains on the table as well . The women’s restroom smelled so bad had poop stains on the toilet it was just so dirty in there . And then on top of that I ordered a double meat burger and when I got home to eat I only received a single patty n on top of the that the patty looked smaller then McDonald’s patties ! Never again will I come back here .
