I had an issue with the amount I was charged and the store very quickly resolved the issue without attitude or any problems. They have soft serve chocolate!!!! Also there blizzards are actually mixed all the way through instead of having a lot of plain ice cream at the bottom. They also brought the food to us.

It’s been years since eating at DQ. My son and I both had the 4pc steak finger basket, a cookie dough blizzard and a coke freeze. All was good and would definitely recommend. The store was clean and enjoyable to sit and eat in. Staff was friendly and even calculated the purchase to come out together instead of in separate parts.
Food is good although my kids weren't given the ice cream ticket you usually get why you buy a kids meal

I ordered a #1 and #2. Two large milkshakes and two blizzards.My milkshakes was nothing but milk mixed with strawberries.No thickness at all .The wrong blizzards I ordered.They didn't even put a lid on them.I had to ask for lids.Please fix this. A week ago my food was perfect.What happened?
