They are always getting my orders wrong. If you want DQ don't come to the one on Saratoga I promise I always pay extra for things and never get it. They literally just got my nachos order wrong. I ordered the jalapeno cheese and they gave me the one with meat and tomatoes.

First of all. I want to say I love the experience I had at Dq. I asked for a blizzard with a burger and the mod gave me what I wanted for with the deal. She is an amazing person. She was fast friendly smiley and giggly. I love employees who love there jobs!!! And my experience wasn’t how it was three weeks ago. They were rude as hell to me and my wife. And laughed on the headset the whole time. I really appreciate the mod whose name is Carla. She is an amazing Person. And whoever is with her must treat that young lady well if she’s always happy!! I believe in blessing and she is one big blessing. Treat ur employees good Dq especially Carla. She deserves a raise a bigger raise than anyone. I know where I will be coming for now on. To see Carla!!

So, upon entering the drive thru, it wasnt very busy at all. We ordered for 3 people, a dude sammich, lg fry, bacon hunger buster, reg onion ring, and bacon hunger buster meal with fry and dp no ice no tomato no mustard add mayo. Easy peasy. Order was read back to us from the box, correctly and then We pulled up to the window to pay but order was not read back to us. We waited, for what felt like a good 10 minutes. I told my mom and son i didnt mind waiting bc usually they are always really good so the wait is worth it. Well we get home and seperate yhe food. We had it all EXCEPT moms large fry and im not sure wth they did, they just dumped a small handful of onion rings in a box. 7 onion rings to be exact. 4 small ones and 3 big ones. I am simply disappointed. Because wth. It shouldnt had taken that long for THIS. Also the burgers are piled with onions. All i needed was one more large fry and an actual thing of onion rings. Jezzzzzz ughhh. I hope next time i can give all 5 stars

Me and my family had lunch here for Mothers Day and it was a very nice, simple lunch. The staff were extremely friendly and nice, and our food came out quickly and accurate. The staff there also very sweet and gave myself, my mom and mother in law a rose for Mothers Day. Over the years we have eaten here from time to time and have never had a particularly bad experience that would stop us from going back. Nowhere is perfect but they do pretty well. Its definitely one of the best dairy queens I've been to.
