Seems a lot like a training facility for people who haven't worked in fast food before. I'd advise to go to the location and order at the counter instead of ordering ahead on the app. I got there at the time it'd be ready and they hadn't started on it. Everyone seemed lost and I felt bad for being there. Tried the new confetti cone though. Very aesthetic.

Me and the wife visited this Dairy Queen for a quick ice cream treat. Me and the wife ordered small blizzards and paid $5 for the both of us. I ordered the cookie dough blizzard, the wife got the chocolate strawberry blizzard. My blizzard was a tad bit on the melted side. But no harm, no foul there. Just one star lost. The blizzards we're fantastic! The drive-thru attendant was a tad bit on the rushy side, but no shame in knowing it was busy so they're bound to be in a hurry to get their line down. Our service was fast and our ice creams were fantastic. Highly recommend this DQ if you're in this side of Corpus Christi!

Most of the time I'm writing reviews of places that have dropped the ball or performed terribly.But I thought I'd give a shout to this DQ for getting it right.I've been to this Dairy Queen a few times before over the past few years, usually drive through but also dine in. It's been fine, not great but fine.Today 3/8/2024 around 5:15 pm I decided to treat myself to a small blizzard. So I drove up to the menu board and am greeted by a young woman over the intercom that actually sounds.......happy?I was surprised because most kids hate their job and their managers are terrible.So hearing a cheerful voice stunned me.I ordered my blizzard and then pulled up to the window. At most fast food places you can wait up to 2 minutes before that window even slides open, I'm talking about just to pay, not to get the food.A young man there smiles and repeats my order and takes my card. He then asks to to drive up to the next window and within 60 seconds I'm handed my blizzard, which by the way was made properly.From the time I pulled up to order to the time I got my food was about 2 minutes.I will note that I was the only one in line, so your results may very.People, let me tell you, this is not normal for a Dairy Queen! DQs are notoriously slow, this location as well. But not today, today they were friendly and fast.What a great crew and bravo to whomever has been upping the training and customer experience, nicely done. Keep it up!

Didn't get some fries I ordered with the combos. Sounds stupid, but sometimes at other fast food chains you are given a problem getting what you paid for. Not here. Didn't even ask for receipt they just got me the fries. No hassles! Appreciate it!
