I have been inside 3 times lately and I just have to say that the heavy set blond lady employee is very loud and rude to the other employees and the customers. I’m just amazed she hasn’t been fired yet!

We went through the drive thru and the person that took our order seemed like she had an attitude. When we get to the window, she hands us our drinks with no straws. Them tells us to pull up and she'll bring out food out. There was no one behind us, so not sure why we had to move up. It took 10 mins to get our food. We thought maybe they put the straws in the bag, nope! We did notice until we left (That's on us). The foodnis hot but tasteless, no salt on the fries. Won't say i won't be back, everybody has bad days, but probably won't be back anytime soon.

First time to this location. Was greeted by Esther as soon as we walked in. Another young lady took our order. Food was out quickly and was nice and hot. Went back and ordered ranch dressing as once again attended quickly. Went back an ordered extra gravy, and Esther brought it to our table quickly. Watched her take care of drive thru orders and even customers dining in. She was very cheerful and made sure everyone was taken care of.

The wait time was way over 15 minutes, the food was cold, they forgot fries, blizzard was melted, on top first time they came to leave us food they gave us wrong order. Never again.

Dirty, mid service. I took off half of my order because the prices were NOT as advertised inside. 2-3$ more on a few items. Thats kind of a big jump.. maybe if they told me before I saw it on the screen right before I was about to tap my card I would’ve paid it. No bueno. Update your prices.

This is the 3rd time we have gone and they messed up our food. We have decided this will be our last visit to this location.
Just like any fast food it has its good and bad…this Dairy Queen has an asst manager that has been so rude to my kid and caused him to quit yesterday…pretty sure she’s a racist bc she hasn’t gotten along with either of the black people that worked there…and had my son doing more than what he should every shift he worked…yes he complained but nothing was done or he wouldn’t have quit yesterday…she was rude to me for no reason…and nothing happened…Dairy Queen lost one of their best employees yesterday bc of an asst manager that doesn’t know how to be an asst…she’s rude…

Absolutely horrible service!! Ordered ahead of time because I have a short lunch break. Went to pick up the order and it wasn't even put in!! Left without any food and starving the rest of my long shift.
