Jalitos burger had no jalitos or ranch, asked for a sweet tea and there was no ice or tea plus the staff acts completely oblivious to everything going on. Typical corpus fast food though.

The employees were very friendly, helpful and prompt with the orders. After I ordered, a group of students come in. The staff worked fast. They got the orders out for the dining room and the drive thru quickly. I was impressed 👍

Food came out fine but there was mold on my cup, bugs on the table specifically silverfish and it smelt terribly like must of some sort the staff were nice. I usually eat here via drive thru but after my first dine in experience I don’t think I can eat here again.

On Sunday I took my friends to eat with one of my friend who has a learning disability. The day manager greeted us as usual. She left for the day. As we finished our meals I went to the counter to question if that friend also was to receive a friend ice cream. As I stood in line I overhead staff chastising and degrading an senior female. She appeared angry telling the person she should not have stuffed ice apparently fracturing the Styrofoam drinking cup. This was overhead by several individuals. The place was crowded with several seniors to include myself. This was uncalled for. Not sure if she was the manager or staff.

25 minutes for two ice creams. They sighed when I went up to ask about my order. Not even that busy when we ordered. High chair filthy after we wiped it down. Management needs to come in and re-evaluate staff.

I have been inside 3 times lately and I just have to say that the heavy set blond lady employee is very loud and rude to the other employees and the customers. I’m just amazed she hasn’t been fired yet!
We went through the drive thru and the person that took our order seemed like she had an attitude. When we get to the window, she hands us our drinks with no straws. Them tells us to pull up and she'll bring out food out. There was no one behind us, so not sure why we had to move up. It took 10 mins to get our food. We thought maybe they put the straws in the bag, nope! We did notice until we left (That's on us). The foodnis hot but tasteless, no salt on the fries. Won't say i won't be back, everybody has bad days, but probably won't be back anytime soon.

First time to this location. Was greeted by Esther as soon as we walked in. Another young lady took our order. Food was out quickly and was nice and hot. Went back and ordered ranch dressing as once again attended quickly. Went back an ordered extra gravy, and Esther brought it to our table quickly. Watched her take care of drive thru orders and even customers dining in. She was very cheerful and made sure everyone was taken care of.

The wait time was way over 15 minutes, the food was cold, they forgot fries, blizzard was melted, on top first time they came to leave us food they gave us wrong order. Never again.
