Absolutely horrible service!! Ordered ahead of time because I have a short lunch break. Went to pick up the order and it wasn't even put in!! Left without any food and starving the rest of my long shift.

Horrible service. First got my ice cream for my kids all melted. Took them 3 times to keep remaking them because everything was always wrong. Waited in line forever. Then get home and see that my ice cream was wrong and they charged my for extra toppings that was never put in from the first place. Idiots.. fire them all and get a whole new staff! Can’t even make an ice cream right.

I love Dairy Queen, especially this one. This DQ was very clean the food was some of the best burgers ive had in a long while. Everything about thus DQ was amazing.
I never order food at this location. The drive thru tends to take a little while, and I once was told they don't have any water to drink.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST DQ EVER!! The cook NEVER gets the order right and the manager never corrects the issue or offers any sort of compensation. If I could put ZERO STARS I would never go here!

When she tipped my blizzard over half fell out and she just said oops sorry I didn’t realize it was melted , wouldn’t remake. I didn’t check my bag like I should have , my banana split was COMPLETELY melted & no pecans.
