Dippin' Dots & Doc Popcorn: La Palmera Mall

The pink haired employee was very rude.
And started cuss make It sound false accusation. And I don't think your employees are supposed to cussing at customers, no matter what, I think that she needs to be reprimanded for her actions. I never going to give y'all my business again

Went to the dipping dots at the palmera mall this day Sunday the 27 we had the most unexpected experience ever the girl working at the register which by the way would not tell me her name and said you don't need to know my name i told her I would be making a complaint and she laughed with a smirk , the gentleman that was helping us was by the way very polite we asked for vanilla with cookie crumbles to be mixed together. She instructed the nice gentleman only one scoop and fill will vanilla we told him I don't care what is cost put vanilla and the cookie crumbles and mix the girl said she can't do that
That's when I said I will pay extra to have them mix the two together she said no
Then I ask ok pour me the cookies crumble and vanilla and give me a spoon to mix she said no they could not hand me the cup to mix because it would be unsanitary
By the way get this neither employee was wearing cloves
I said ok pour me vanilla then cookie crumble twice
By the way my granddaughter has anxiety illness and she was overwhelmed and had to go outside to vent
Where i still bought the ice cream then had to go mix it fir her by the trash can
My goodness what is wrong with the younger generation
Is it because they were getting ready to close or angry they had to work on a Sunday with all the people getting ready to go back to school
Either way that young lady should be reprimanded or other
I am sure this establishment is a well repetable establishment in our community
How dare the employee treat any customers that way

It was delicious! First time I've had ice cream from Dippin' Dots, it was great

They have the best popcorn

6:75 for dots plus tax don't forget the tip we pursue every time I walked in that door there is nobody with the worker in there maybe you get more customers if you had more affordable prices

The product was fine. Staff member was very rude and not able/willing to answer any questions about the products advertised.

I absolutely love this ice cream. Dippin dots can be found at the Texas State Aquarium, Chuck E. Cheese and now La Palmera. Yay!

I just love when we go go the mall, we always stop at Dippin Dots for the great popcorn and Ice cream! The workers are always so nice and always have smiles! Thank you for the great service!

Their popcorn is just old and gross you can see the rim of gunck in the display, and the costumer service is a joke it's just a bunch of kids rolling their eyes at you. The mall offers better popcorn on the lower level and better prices.

One of the best places I have been. All the employees have great attitudes and when I go they all have smiles on their faces! I'd give more stars if I was allowed!
