Domino's Pizza

Made an order a while ago, wait was maybe 40ish mins, no biggy, order gets here and order was not complete, asked for 2 pasta bowls and wings, worker apparently didn't take my order correctly /: frustrating... why complain to the store, off the bat they think the customer just wants free food, nope just for the order to be took correctly):

Dominos has horrible soupy pizza, i wish there was a lil Cesar's there still.

Fun viewing stairs area for kids to watch the process and engage with staff while waiting on food. Fast and amazing communication the whole time. They don't have bread bowls which is disappointing and the pan pizza seems just a little bit different than other dominos but overall great food and great staff in a clean, fast way. We love the pastas, pan pizza, and chicken!

Vegetarian options: Many non meat topping options but I'm not a vegetarian so I'm not sure how it compares exactly to getting a proper protein inclusive meal.

Kid-friendliness: They have steps and a clear window style wall so kids can see the staff make pizzas and toss or stretch the dough. It definitely helps my hyperactive son stay entertained when we show up early. The staff have been very kind and engaged as well as viewing.

Domino's was my child hood favorite and so I made a call and one of the managers by the name of Mary Jane was very rude and inconsiderate to my request however will not recommend this location due to like customer service I am disabled and was talk to very rude and disrespectful and will never order from here again and I do hope this complaint goes to the right management team to train your employees how to speak and help customers!

So this is great on how I ordered over the phone and for some reason they heard another address and then sent it to another store to deliver and then the driver calls and tells me the address and I said that’s not the correct address and then says he can’t deliver to that area and if there’s nothing they can do just awesome Domino’s way to go.

Not bad should be better responsibility

1st order was burnt to a crisp, congealed and they forgot the cheesy bread. So I called the manager Brook, who said it would be remade and delivered in 30 min. A hour later the remake arrived and I called again because the 2nd order was just as burnt. No sauce, wings were congealed in one piece, again! Finally we got the cheesy bread and oh wait…it’s burnt. Associate said we are receiving a full refund because Brook was out of the store. This took 3 hours of our time and 4 phone calls to get an inedible product. Never again!
