Domino's was my child hood favorite and so I made a call and one of the managers by the name of Mary Jane was very rude and inconsiderate to my request however will not recommend this location due to like customer service I am disabled and was talk to very rude and disrespectful and will never order from here again and I do hope this complaint goes to the right management team to train your employees how to speak and help customers!

So this is great on how I ordered over the phone and for some reason they heard another address and then sent it to another store to deliver and then the driver calls and tells me the address and I said that’s not the correct address and then says he can’t deliver to that area and if there’s nothing they can do just awesome Domino’s way to go.

I spent a lot of money with y'all two or three times a week, was turned away and had my order cancelled for three pizzas at 9 pm because the lowest bill I had was a 50. Will never return. Had to go to pizza hut and they suck. Lil ceasers for my kids from now on.

Amazing customer service they have very helpful staff and are willing to work with you. Best for delivery or carryout not for dine in since nowhere to sit down to eat.
Order said it should be less than 30 minutes. Over an hour later i called to check on the order and Mary Jane was rude and short with me like I was the problem for ordering a pizza saying it would be another hour to get my pizza. It's a tuesday evening with no special events going on. Be wary of this location. Never had an issue with others. I have worked at Dominos before and this is not how they are taught to treat customers.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service. Mary Jane the so called manager is EXTREMELY rude. She not only cuts you off when explaining the problem but, immediately takes the employee's side. I hope those conversations are truly recorded. So, corporate can listen to both of their employee's conversations. I WILL be calling corporate tomorrow.Smh.

I was visiting Texas. I ordered pizza from Domino's. It took me calling and placing the order twice before they got my order taken. I ordered 2 pizzas 1 2 litter and 1 ranch. I was charged for all of it. I only received my pizza. The delivery driver lied and said Domino's would correct the charges. They never did. Don't ordered Domino's.

Domino's is the worst at this location!Waited a Hour and a half with no update on our food, then I call and they have me on hold for 15 minutes just to say my food JUST got out of the oven and it will take another 30 minutes to deliver the food. I was very upset and the lady said she can "cancel my order" for me. Yeah cause cancelling my order would make sense at this point? She also suggested that I can go pick it up. I'm tired of sarcastic employees, I paid delivery fees and a tip and you want me to go pick it up? Domino's was my family's go to for pizza nights but we have already had so many bad experiences with them. Looks like Pizza Hut for now on.
