Went in early to get some coffee and donuts for the family. The lady behind the counter was extremely unfriendly. Every single time I would order an item, she would snap "AND." I was the only customer. There was absolutely no need for the attitude at that time of the morning. If I wanted to be back in NY, I wouldn't have left to visit Texas. Just to make it more fun, the jelly donut I purchased had no jelly in it. Just air. So i paid for an air filled donut. Coffee was decent. That was the only thing that was decent. They really need to work on their customer service and quality control. You can get Coffee that is just as good at Stripes, right around the corner.

Was our first visit but will definitely be out last. The female worker was very rude. We brought a one year old in with us and was very rude that the baby touched the glass donut case. She reminded us multiple times to not let her touch anything. Then the baby touched the windows to the outside and she wasn't happy with that either. We ended up leaving because of how rude she was. She made the entire visit uncomfortable and it was not a friendly environment.

I do not recommend, unfortunately the lady has zero customer service, she will rush you to order and almost feels like it bothers her that you are there as a paying customer, the guy is always nice, but the lady will definitely cost them customers with the way she treats people, I'm not the only one who feels this way, there are other reviews agreeing with me.

They have a drive-through and you can pick up your stuff fast. They have a variety of regular items as well as donuts and donut holes which I will never eat, but my grandchildren seem to love..A dozen donut holes and Nesquick was five dollars .
