Every time I’ve been in this Dunkin donuts in the Last 6 weeks The service sucks trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s not working, There has been a few people that cannot count change just reported to the owner and she said that was Not irrelevant to our conversation. So needless to say, they have excuses for every reason every issue,This location does not perform very well at all understaffed ,undertrained, and extremely too slow, horribly slow, traffic wrapped around the store 20 minutes in line flat ridiculous

This Dunkin on the go location is horrible. There is nothing on the go about it. Placed an order online and came to window just for them to say they are out of everything. I asked to order something else at the window and the girl had attitude and just said “well what do you want then?” Then proceeded to tell me they were out of everything I asked for. Tried giving them a second chance and placed another mobile order and waited 20 minutes in line for the same thing to happen at the window. The woman at the window was texting on her phone for a good 10 seconds before acknowledging me. I will never go here again, no wonder all the reviews are bad.

Every time I come to this location there’s a specific person running the drive through ( girl with heart neck tattoo) and she is so rude. She slams the drive through door won’t say hi or anything just ask for my money and slams the door. Every other crew member is so polite. At least my order is right

I recently went to Dunkin Go to buy several different menu items for the family to try, but it was a disappointing experience. They were out of muffins and many donut flavors. When we got our food, the sourdough breakfast sandwich was so cold it was difficult to stomach. I called the location on speakerphone, and the man who answered told us to drive back for another. My husband expressed concern about the possibility of the food being tampered with (spit on) due to the inconvenience. Instead of reassuring us, the person on the phone offered no comfort. When I asked for a manager, he claimed to be the district manager.
In shock, I advised him that a simple apology goes a long way in customer service. I asked why he didn’t reassure my husband’s fear of the food being spit in, but he said he wouldn’t engage with that comment. I suggested that as a district manager, he should have said, "I'm sorry, sir. Don't worry about a thing. If you can stop by, I'd love to resolve this issue for you and make it fresh. You don't have to worry about that at my location. I assure you, I will make sure your sandwich is made properly." Instead, he just repeated my words.
At that point, we decided it wasn’t worth the trouble. This new establishment was becoming a frequent stop for us, but after this interaction over a simple mistake that could have been easily fixed, we will be taking our business elsewhere. If this is the standard for a district manager, we definitely won’t be visiting Dunkin locations in this area again. It’s unfortunate that the corporation is likely unaware of his lack of basic problem-solving skills regarding customer expectations and satisfaction.
