Bruh this Dunkin Donuts sucks. I go to and it's 8:30 PM Yesterday (Saturday). I ask to order a Hot coffee to which the guy states that it's gonna be awhile for hot coffee to be ready ETA 5 minutes. Ok ok cool I agree to wait the 5 minutes of coffee. When I ordered some food I was advised that the ovens are off for the night. How are your ovens off it's only 8:30 PM you still have 30 minutes before you guys are closed for the night. I ended up leaving. This Dunkin was not busy and had no customers upon my arrival. The customer service was bland and definitely needs some improvement.

Okay, I have been frequenting this place for a while and I feel it's time I write my review. The food is wonderful! I love their bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast bagels, the hash browns, and the loaded hash browns. The wife loves their bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, the sweet black pepper breakfast sandwich, and she also loves their loaded hash browns. HOWEVER, I have noticed a lack of consistency with this location. The staff seems to get confused and mess up either my coffee or the wife's coffee whenever we order food alongside it. We catch it every time and we have them remake it. But it's just rather annoying sometimes that when I want something to eat with my coffee, I see my coffee coming out not as expected. I love my iced mocha latte, and the wife loves her cereal and milk latte and her iced vanilla lattes, but only if they come out right.

I accidentally placed my mobile order at the wrong Dunkin’ location, which was my mistake. However, when I went to this store and explained the situation, the staff showed no care or willingness to help. Instead, they just told me I would need to pay and order again. I understand mistakes happen, but good customer service is about showing understanding and trying to help the customer when possible. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here, and it left a bad impression

I really wanted to like this Dunkin' on Weber, but nearly every visit ends with something missing from my order-whether it's a donut, a drink, or a breakfast item. It's frustrating, especially when you don't realize until you've already driven off.

The staff is polite, and the food is decent when it's all there, but the lack of attention to detail is hard to overlook. Double-check your bag before you leave- or better yet, consider another location until they tighten up their service.

I visit Dunkin if not daily, every other day. They’re always so kind and helpful. Today’s visit I ordered a new drink and the worker who served me was extremely helpful in making sure it was to my liking. Please be sure to give your employees the recognition deserved. I don’t know their name just that they had beautiful blonde curly hair and an infectious smile. May the Lord bless all the workers and bring joy to their hearts! We ordered 2 sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwiches both were burnt to the point they were inedible. The donut holes were supposed to be a variety pack of 25. 21 were regular and 4 were different. Absolutely love that ratio. All the other donuts we got were dry, bland and did not deliver the typical flavor we expected. It's sad that HEB and Walmart produce better quality donuts and croissants.

Love Dunkin but the service here is unfortunate. I guess the speaker is broken because we could barely hear and the employee asked to repeat the order multiple times. So recognizing that there’s something wrong with the speaker, my husband spoke up so she could hear him. When we got to the window she goes, “please don’t yell next time”. We were caught off guard because he literally just spoke up because of the speaker issue. Yall are going to lose customers if you keep hiring people like this or not properly training them for a customer service position.

I ordered two sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwiches on UberEats and i received THE COMPLETE WRONG ORDER!!!! My breakfast is now ruined because this store apparently doesnt know how to package the right food!!!! 😡😡😡😡

It was about 6 or 7 in the evening. I ordered 1/2 dozen mixed donuts. They were old and hard. Probably been sitting all day. I usually go earlier and have never had an issue. So it's best to go earlier in the day

This place wasn't great when it opened and it's only gotten worse, much worse, since. They rarely have food items in stock. The last time we were there the person on the drive-thru didn't even want to look to see if they had any food items in stock. I doubt we will be going here ever again.
