Security told me to leave the property when I was taking vehicles of my own vehicle and then became very irate when I told him I had to take photos of my vehicle for insurance purposes. Then he proceeded to yell at me and took photos of my vehicle. There were no signs posted or anything
Machines are not paying... Just taking your money ? ? ?
We like going in here, people aren't right on top of each other waiting for a machine. It seems like people that come here may have some manners.
I went in yesterday and was told that they're only paying out in prizes for whatever reason I would have figured that they would have gone through the steps to make the game room legal by figuring out a charity to donate too. But I guess they haven't so really. I feel like they're putting their customers at risk for legal issues.

Stay away from this place!!!! There is way better places in town to play!!!! This place is a complete joke!!! The whole time I was there I saw nobody winning!!!! On top of that the security is a complete joke, the guy there thinks he's the Terminator, he has zero personality and is a complete robot. On top of that the energy is super low, it's pretty pitiful and they will ask you to leave if you are not playing! This place lacks customer service to the highest extent and anybody that walks in here to play deserves to lose their money!!! You have been warned stay away from this place there are other places to play in town that run circles around this black hole of a place.
The staff is friendly, feel safe with security plus the bonus I can just chill and relax.
This game room has a very rude security guard I am an older person and was asked to leave because I was not playing I told him I had played my limit which did not make a difference to him very rude I will not be back.
Gameroom clean workers are awesome security nice
