Went here when we visited Corpus. This was some of the best birria I have ever had! They serve it with pickled onion that is delicious! The wait staff was personable and very kind. Would absolutely go back.
I was really excited to try this place based on the positive reviews, but I left feeling disappointed and confused. The food was mediocre, and some of the dishes didn’t match traditional expectations. For instance, the gorditas looked very different from the authentic ones you’d find if you searched online. We are regulars there. Used to live less than 1 minute away, but moved across town. Went in last night and we were immediately greeted with a hug as it had been a couple months! Asked if we wanted our usual of the quesabirra tacos but we saw they had birra ramen on the special board that had only been posted for a week. We got that and it was amazing!!
