El Vago Burger & BBQ

I’ve traveled 1500 miles in 24 hours, got home to Austin last night and got here by this afternoon. The charro beans? Like getting a forehead kiss from an angel. This food is the kind of food that makes your soul feel better. Hands down my favorite place in Corpus to eat and always the BEST service!!

Everything was so good we will definitely be back!

I got the el guapo its pricey but worth it because its a fat burger and loaded up and was delicious as hell and came with fries that were really good to and brisket was very soft and had very good flavor and i loved the burger will be back again soon for more

Tried el vago for the first time, ive followed his page for couple years but finally tried it , and i was very impressed! I got the pinche cup it was so good I want another one !!!!!! My husband got the el guapo it was so delicious!!!!!! The fries are the best fries I've ever tasted in my life seriously. Can't wait to go back. And the poppers have chicken

The Brisket Cheese Fry cup was life changing!! Had to Order their specialty fries with Gravy to go after I had already eaten. The crispiest most amazing fries I've had in my entire life!!

Food is always soooo good here ,granted I only get a brisket plate but still taste great,ill make the 30 min drive for it because ITS WORTH IT!!!

This place has the best food. The brisket is on point.. the burgers are awesome.. the fries are really good. Everything that is made at this place is very good. Once you try once.. you will always wanna come back. 10/10

I was having a bad day until I went to get something to eat at el vago #2 the pinche cup is off the chain and has a very generous portion of food I loved it and now I’m having a better day thank you 🥰

My husband picked up an OG Monster Burger and an El Pinche cup from El Valgo, and both were absolutely packed with flavor. The portions were Texas-sized! Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned, and you can tell they put care into their food. We’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be telling all my friends and family to check them out. Highly recommend!

This place was so delicious. It was worth the hype. I got a brisket and sausage plate. The brisket was on point very tender and packed with flavor. Sausage was amazing. The rice, beans and potato salad was so damm good. The beans had a bit of a kick with the jalapeños that were added which heightened the taste. Truly a work of art. We also had the burger and fries. The burger was good just the patty was a little salty and the fries were a bit cold. But still was good. There were other things on the menu in which when I return to corpus chiristi, I will try. Delicious El Vago and Burgers, and the price was not bad at all. 30.00 for 2 people, cant beat that price.
