We were traveling to Corpus from Houston and found this restaurant along the way. The food is reasonably priced, portions are big, food is delicious the tacos are big compared to other places and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely return on our next visit to Corpus. Did I mention they have home made tortillas!

Enrique's Restaurant is the name of the place. Great food, large serving portions and friendly staff. Even better prices. The breakfast was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place. The barbacoa taco was very delicious, all meat and not a ton of fat -- just the way I like it. The only reason I'm rating 4 instead of 5 stars is due to waiting over 5mins before someone came out to the front to take our order. There were 2+ employees working the front and we were just left waiting.

I ordered a hamburger steak they served me 2 patties. Gravy was disgusting flour was visible. Waitress was ok.

Barbara and waitress gets a 10 and kitchen staff gets a 2, as they took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our food. (The reason given for food taking long was apparently, because there were only 2 cooks)
The food is good as always. The only thing that's disappointing is the fact that the price on the drive-thru menu and what they ring you up for are very different

I went there this morning to eat breakfast. Unfortunately much has changed since I last came here. Apparently they are under new management and I was the only person dining there. This restaurant was always bustling withcustomers sometimes having to wait to be seated. The breakfast plate was delivered in less than three minutes, the sausage must was lukewarm and the potato and egg the same. I was very disappointed. On the upside the tortillas were excellent and the service was good as it should have been since I was the only one there.
