Friday late afternoon. My wife and I stopped by for a quick drink before dinner. Hannah was a friendly, excellent bartender that made a great Texas Ol' Fashioned. Prices are reasonable. Comfortable place that turns very busy in the evenings. Right off the SPID, stop by coming from/to the island.

The manager must have gotten a lobotomy from claier's in the mall because she denied my govt ID as well as my friends Govt ID out of a group of ppl wanting to celebrate the chiefs win. She needs to be retrained or invest in scanner because I did not wait 22 years to be able to get into a mediocre bar and get denied for a "fake ID" with no reasoning for the denial. After looking at other reviews this is not the first time this bartender has done this. If I were Ruben I'd address this quickly. ??? lame bar would give it 0 stars if I could.

I have been to this establishment numerous amounts. The experience I had last night was horrendous and I will never come back to this bar again. My friend and I witnessed a man slap his girlfriend right at the bar. The slap was so hard, it turned heads. My girlfriend asked the girl if she was okay and confirmed that she was indeed slapped by her boyfriend. We then told the bartender Brenda what happened and what we witnessed and instead of kicking them out she said to calm down. The guys then started making gay slurs to me saying I was a faggot. I was about to call the cops about the battery I just witnessed but the bartender just told us to relax. I will never be back to a place that allows this kind of stuff to happen at their bar.

I feel that the overall ambience of the place is nice and chill. I tried the Texas old-fashioned and the berry smash and felt like they were made with perfectly balanced ingredients. Looking forward to trying other items on the cocktail menu.

Do not go here if you are from out of state. The bouncers do not know what an out of state ID looks like. Would not let me in for my out of state ID and accused me of it being fake. I’m not using a fake ID. Unprofessional.

I have been here multiple times and LOVE IT emily is usually the bartender and she's great!! However, I went back and it was Chandler and she would not serve me and said my id was fake when it is not. Y'all NEED to get a scanner because that is ridiculous that I can't drink at my FAVORITE bar because a bartender can't read an id... very upset about this honestly loved this place. And she wouldn't get the cops to confirm, she said it's "not their job"

I was in from out of town and wanted a quiet place with reasonable prices. Such a nice surprise that is "hidden " off the usual path. Lots of good food at a reasonable price. Great service!

Great place if you can persuade a bartender to take your drink order. After 20 minutes of waiting at the bar, one of the bartenders took a break from flirting with a woman at the bar to ask me if I needed anything. Another 20 minutes later I got my drink. Needless to say, I closed out the tab. That took another 5 minutes or so.
