I had called to see if anyone could help me with the app or point me in the right direction of who to contact to get help and was very rudely told that I was calling the wrong department and not to call back with stupid questions. I immediately told them there was no need to be rude and asked if they had contact info for the correct department and was told that it wasn't there job and go figure out and stop wasting their time. Highly disrespectful and unacceptable. I then proceeded to contact customer service through the app via email, explaining the issue I was having and the terrible customer service that I received when I called. I waited a few business days for a response and have still received nothing in return and the original issue is still at large. I then proceeded to send a second email once again outlining the first email and also putting my displeasure at being actively ignored by a whole department. I am still waiting on response that is probably never going to come. Bottom line is that Freebirds can't be trusted to keep their word or handle any sort of customer service without being rude and disrespectful. I would highly recommend to everyone that you take caution before going to any location. Absolutely horrible experience. Do better freebirds. At least chipotle gives customer service and actually responds when people have an issue.

We are normally Chipotle people. Decided to try Freebirds for the first time. Pretty good food. Tastes like the comforts of a homemade burrito. Kids loved it.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options

Fantastic burrito chips and queso out of this world
It's like a subway for burritos, great selection of ingredients to toss in your burrito or tacos. Ask for a quesoritto it's off menu and still the same price as a regular. The only problem I had was oddly the female staff. One blond lady was rude and didn't acknowledge me though the cook came out and helped me out no problem. A little on the pricey side spent about $60 for 3 freebirds and a kids tacos. Queso is ? don't skip on the chips and queso.Vegetarian options: Allot of the ingredients are plant based along with the beyond meat. Rice, cheese, veggies and sauces there is taco salad options as well meat free.

Like chipotle before chipotle sold out to crappie management. Meaning here you get portions that you pay for not a 18$ bowl or burritos half full cuase were trying to conserve steak and veggies. Two option for bowls and burritos regular and well you'll see the other when you go check them out. You won't want another bite to eat after you've had one so good news no MSG added so you stay full. Lots of selections to add to bowls or burritos definitely stop by and try it yourself if your not a regular.

Good food, good service. Staff was extremely nice and there was a lot of options for what to put on your burrito or bowl. And they got Cherry Coke which is a plus for me :)

Freebirds had a face-lift. The iconic self-serve salsa bar was removed, sad day.
Just paid over $16 for a freebird burrito and a regular size drink. If you're on a budget I would avoid this place.

Overall pretty good vs the opposition. More variety than Chipotle. Guacamole doesn't look as appealing and the steak is decent. Friendly fast service that gets you down the line quickly. Worth to check out is you're looking to try something different.Vegetarian options: Veggie options such as cali flower rice and vegan chorizo .Parking: Large area to park.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu available

Some of the staff can be rude. They act like they dont want to help you sometimes. The Monster is a ripoff when it comew to price. Just get a freebird, everytime i got a monster my girls freebird was always bigger for some reason. Also it can be a bit pricey, i spent $18 on one burrito and in this day and age, thats way too much for 1 burrito.

Cashier had the attitude of an angry 17 year old. Seemed to be rushing me to although I hadn’t been speaking more than 10 seconds. I hope she has a better day I guess.
