Our food was raw and cold and they ran out of most of their sides an hour before close, also they forgot our rolls and seasoning packets. (:

Put and order online and when my order came in it was handed to me at mynfront door ,the so called 5 star which should be nicely placed in my box but they threw it in thers like we are dogs as we put on special introduction not to put hot spices on my food due to my serous stomach illnessthat i have been sufferingfor years and cant have spices,when I opened the box this discussed box of 20 piece family meal that I paid over 50 dollars the just threw it in the box all rolls were smashed and the tender had pepper or Chipotle all over it looked like they just threw lots of it, I took a bite and I called the store, and they were very rude I ended up in the hospital with a flare,I was very sick and stayed in the hospital due to all their awful mistake I was in the trauma very ill was attended in to the hospital on the 15th of this month September and I'm still in the hospital very ill,so please don't go there it almost caused my life well God is good and hope that one of them never have this bad experience I did,prayer I'f I can get ty God bless every one

The service was HORRIBLE. The guy at drive thru was not very attentive I had to repeat myself Then he didn’t give me a receipt Just tossed my food with no thank you or anything And was very rude I will NEVER EVER go again

By far the worst chicken salad sandwich I've had had pecans when I asked for the regular the bread was hard and old , wasn't fresh the man was rude the Mac and cheese was not good either way overpriced for what you get .
THE WORST PLACE EVER. ONLY THE DRIVE THRU WAS OPEN SO WE SAT AT THE WINDOW WAITING FOR OUR ORDER FOR 27 MINUTES AND SINCE I ALREADY PAID FOR THE FOOD I COULDNT LEAVE. I WAS HOPEFUL THE FEW TIMES THEY STARED AT ME THRU THE WINDOW..BUT STILL..NOTHING. SMH. FINALLY THE GIRL OPENS THE WINDOW AND SHOVES THE FOOD IN MY CAR. I WANTED TO PUNCH HER IN THE FACE BUT I KNOW MY ARM WOULDNT HAVE REACHED. NEVER AGAIN

Dined inside and was the only customer still waited nearly 10 minutes for the food. The sweet tea wasn’t sweet and their tables are wobbly, so our drinks spilt all over our food and electronics. Forgot to Give me my gravy I waited another five minutes just to get that as the employees kept walking by to go play on their phone. Not worth the drive across town
I usually take my time to take pics but was so frustrated with this restaurant. We went through the drive-through only to be told rudely that they were only taking orders in the lobby. Losing money with denying possible customers service...We drove around and went inside to the lobby to order. Once inside the person at the register said they were out of several items. I placed my order and wow was so super expensive! While I waited the icemachine in the lobby didn't work. A couple was trying to get ice cream, and the person at the register just watched as nothing came out of the machine.. she stood their and said nothing to them.. So the ice cream was also out. The workers making the orders seemed to hate working there and made faces every time new customers walked in. I got home with the food and everything was thrown on top of the tenders. This location needs to be retrained on how to run a restaurant. Very Bad experience here. With over 60 million views on my pics posted, I hope the restaurant owners fix this location before more people see this.. I highly suggest going to their competitors instead.
