Great hotel very clean. The lounge has an excellent view. Front desk personnel were extremely rude. The rooms were updated and the whole facility was clean. Again, the only bad experience were the two ladies at the front that could use some training or find a different line of work.

Checking in is a breeze staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The elevators are kinda small but that's ok the room upon entering was extremely cold which I like the balcony door is sealed shut the bed is qaud wrapped and had big stains on it which is unsettling but no bugs and was comfy. Breakfast on the top floor was great with a amazing view and check out was a breeze. Overall I rate this hotel in the low 80% range.

After a horrific experience at a hotel down the street that is on the beach, we packed up and fled to this hotel. The staff here were professional, rapid and caring. The property was clean, modern and felt safe. So glad we switched in the middle of the night. This hotel saved our Corpus Christi trip. Fun virtual agent available in lobby. Great a/c and lovely shower. Friendly staff. There was a man down on his luck if you will wandering around and staff/security handled the situation promptly, respectfully and safely. They went on to check the rest of the floors etc. I was impressed to see this unfolding as discreetly as they could handle it. Large spaces for work outs, meetings, swimming. Luggage carts available Parking lot is large Beds were amazing. So comfy and clean. Would return again.

Perfect location, and the most beautiful view Day and night. The staff were very helpful. Resourceful. Very casual atmosphere in the bar sitting area. Many drinks to choose from. View of the bay at night was perfect.

Stayed 5 nights. Hotel in very good condition, but not "brand new". did n't have any significant issue. AC a bit noisy, old style thermostat not clear how to use (remove cover), no instructions for TV in room, finally found a channel guide by accident. Breakfast was very good with wide variety, scram'd eggs, meat varies by day, potatoes, Biscuits and Gravy, cereal / oatmeal, waffles. Juices, tea, coffee etc. etc. $10 /day for parking they don't tell you about anywhere that i remember (though it is covered parking!). Beach within walking distance, but easier to drive and park (free) at city park ~1/4 mile. Also Marina across the street. Some Nice $$$ Restaurants within walking distance, not much else. Great view of the bay from 11th floor bar 5pm-12pm. No bugs, This is a 11 story building. Pool (didn't use), laundry (did use), fitness center (didn't use)

Rooms are nice and very clean. Comfortable beds and good breakfast. The view from the breakfast room is spectacular! Air conditioner works well. Walking across the street to the water was great. Whataburger next door has two-stories and an outdoor dining area on the top floor.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past for leisure, however, I stayed again for two nights for business purposes and it was such a great experience! The room was clean and the view was gorgeous. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was awesome (eggs, bacon, waffles, beans, sausage, bagels, sweets, etc) and is included in your stay. You do have to pay $10 a day for parking just an fyi, but that is cheaper than other hotels I have stayed at. The manager was great the second night I had to check in (found out last minute that I needed to stay). They also send you text messages to welcome you and ask you how you are doing (a live person does respond when you text back).

It was very relaxing with the beautiful view around the area and especially from my room was perfect and would be a perfect reason too to be back. I had a very beautiful sunset and woke up with a very beautiful sunrise. The hotel breakfast was a bonus with lots of options and the grand view again. It was a priceless experience. Thank you Best Western Hotel for that wonderful stay and more power to you!

Enjoyed our stay here after terrible experience in another hotel in Corpus (not BW). Very welcoming staff and nice clean room with good amenities. Excellent breakfast and lovely views from the bar. The only complaints are no shade by the pool and coffee only available in the room during the day. Good location and parking not too expensive.
It’s fine but does not deserve the high ratings I see. It’s an old hotel that has (sort of) been refurbished in a halfhearted way. The bathrooms in particular are sub-par. The whole place smells damp. Beds were ok. Towels were thin. Shower leaked all over the floor. Complimentary breakfast had a lot of offerings but was overall meh. Coffee was bad. The top floor lounge is CLOSED ON SUNDAY NIGHTS. Views were the only really *good* thing. We were in town specifically for the aquarium and should have stayed at the Doubletree - would have been much more convenient and probably equal or better quality of Stay.

Fun and friendliest staff! Thalia is the sweetest person! Kay's beautiful inside and out! Mandy is a GOOD TIME! Erika low key saved my life when I forgot my bag in the gym after they closed! Very helpful and understanding group of ladies! Definitely returning!!!

Had a beautiful view of the Bay Area, an the employees were all friendly an helpful. Will for sure use again on our next trip. Kids friends an they enjoyed it as well. My little girl wanted to stay forever. Lol

This hotel is strange. The rooms seem clean but there were several visible sheet rock repairs, the heat did not work and it had a 1980s thermostat. The hotel has balcony but are siliconed and glued shut, the breakfast and coffee was cold. We left after one night.
