Grandview Lounge

I recently stayed at your hotel and truly enjoyed the beautiful view—it was one of the highlights of my visit. However, I felt that the price was a little high compared to the level of service provided. While the stay was generally pleasant, enhancing the service quality to better match the cost would make the experience feel more aligned with the price. With such a perfect view, improving this balance could make the hotel even more impressive.

Terrible service. Bartender literally gave no attention to our group. Place reeked of unclean carpet as soon as we got off the elevator.
The trash attitude, dark atmosphere(cause all lights were off), and no heat. Its was 50 degrees in there. A small heater by the bar was all there was. I would never return.
Too bad cause it looks like it could be a nice place.

Was recommended this bar by a few other locals and was excited to go on a wonderful date. When arriving we enjoyed the view however it was instantly overthrown by rude and distasteful service. First order of business was to get drinks, bartender ally scoffed and said eww at our preference for olive juice in our martini. Rolled her eyes and gave attitude about a bug in our margarita, was overall horribly rude and took away from any experience I could have had by even looking outside toward what should be an amazing view. As a fellow bartender, I still tried to be nice and understanding but it was slow and I’ve received the worst service I’ve ever had.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel from last Wednesday until yesterday. We discovered the lounge area Wednesday afternoon and were immediately hooked. But, not by the gorgeous views, the drinks or the puzzles.....We were blown away by Aly! She is a gem with a fantastic attitude, great information about the town and just a very genuine person! Y'all are very fortunate to have her representing your business. She was off for the weekend and wow, what a change in the vibe! Thank you, Aly, for making our stay a very memorable one! We hope to see you soon!

A very average margarita but the atmosphere was super chill. It’s hard to beat the view.

Did NOT have a good experience last night with Aly. Couldn’t say if she pours a good drink or not because we refused to spend our money after how rude and badly she treated our husbands.

Seasoned bar mistress pours with admirable frugality. With decades of service behind her she knows the bar biz better 'n a bar fly. if u look out the window your view will be gr8. Just keep focusing out. Not in.

This Lounge needs to offer Happy Hour drinks and snacks and would attract more of the Corpus downtown patrons..your missing the Boat to add revenue..you even have restaurant across the hall...have them make up snacks?
