I recently stayed at your hotel and truly enjoyed the beautiful view—it was one of the highlights of my visit. However, I felt that the price was a little high compared to the level of service provided. While the stay was generally pleasant, enhancing the service quality to better match the cost would make the experience feel more aligned with the price. With such a perfect view, improving this balance could make the hotel even more impressive.
My husband and I stayed at the hotel from last Wednesday until yesterday. We discovered the lounge area Wednesday afternoon and were immediately hooked. But, not by the gorgeous views, the drinks or the puzzles.....We were blown away by Aly! She is a gem with a fantastic attitude, great information about the town and just a very genuine person! Seasoned bar mistress pours with admirable frugality. With decades of service behind her she knows the bar biz better 'n a bar fly. if u look out the window your view will be gr8. Just keep focusing out. Not in.
