I wanted to bring to your attention a quality issue I experienced with a recent cake purchase. A significant portion of the center of the cake was undercooked—essentially raw and with the consistency of cookie dough. This was disappointing, especially given the expectation of a fully baked product.

In addition to the product quality, I’m also concerned about the lack of follow-up regarding my attempt to report the issue. I called the store the following day, as it was already closed by the time we discovered the problem. A very kind shift supervisor answered my call. She was courteous and understanding, but explained that she couldn’t resolve the issue herself. She assured me that she would escalate the matter and took down my name and phone number. However, it has now been nearly a week, and I have not received any follow-up communication.

My intent in reaching out was not only to express my concern, but also to help improve quality control processes to prevent this kind of issue for other customers in the future. I hope this feedback is helpful, and I would appreciate it if someone could follow up with me directly regarding the matter.

So apparently I was calling the wrong number this am . Corporate called the store to advise them I have been calling and apparently I had wrong number . An employee called me back and took my order ! Thank you for such a quick response you guys have the best cookies in the world. Claudia Camarillo

My son absolutely loved his giant cookie cake! He loved the camo design they put on it. He couldn't wait to decorate it with his own toys soldiers!

I am not sure why the Nueces County Health Department has not closed this shop down. There are men employees who have facial hair who are not wearing facial hair nets. Some of the employees are wearing hair nets others are not (girls with pony tails). There were several employees who were working with the cookie dough who were not wearing gloves. One of the employees had their personal phone laying out on the counter right next to rolled out cookie doug. There were flys landing on cookies in the cookie display area. Makes me wonder how many cookies that were made at this store might have had a piece of hair in it. Absolutely disgusting.

Cookies are good most times. If you definitely want your type of cookie , it's best to go early.

My kids love the cookie cakes here for their birthdays!

I go to the only cookie place in town expecting to be able to just buy a cookie as soon as you guys open because you guys should have prepared before you guys open. I wanted to get a cookie cake for my wife's birthday, but I was told that I have to wait until 4:00pm which is 6 hours from now to get it. Makes zero sense.

I had the best experience today with a nice man who worked on the second level (across the childrens play area) of the La Palmera mall! I didn't catch his name but he was awesome!

When they have them Love the cookies hate the service. I would like to know who hires the peopleWho work there because they need HR hiring training. None have a sense of customer service or how to keep cookies in stock even on down times! Profit Margins are obvious not important to this owner. They NEVER have cookies to sell soWhen you can get one then you are a lucky one several times I’ve gone I leave empty handed. Driving to San Antonio and just getting Crumble to satisfy my cookie craving since I can never get cookies here

Place use to always have all cookies,Now the selection sucks .. once they run out that’s it ..
