I randomly saw this place driving trying to find breakfast in my area, didn’t see too many people so I stopped and tried it. When you walk in you are immediately greeted. Service was quick, pleasant and attentive. The breakfast was great, the portions were just right. I’d definitely come back to try lunch.

I had the carne guisada plate and it was soo delicious. And the menudo was also delicious. So our waitress was Janie and now she’s our waitress (Tia)Janie lol she was awesome and made us feel at home.

I used to eat at this place all the time the cashier the older woman knows that I used to pay my bill all the time and now she's the new owner said I didn't pay my bill will God have mercy on you Lady because I do pay my bills and as far as the cashier goes God have mercy on you for lying about it cuz you know I do

Very friendly

I love this place. The main reason is cause this is the only restaurant that serves wennie and egg I hope they never stop selling that. It brings me back to my younger years! The chops are great here as well.

Thank you to all staff & management !My Mom used to love this place, and she passed Oct 28, 2019. So naturally I quit going, but recently had heard my friends started going, and it was by new management. So I gave it a try. OMG ? I can't stop going. It's like my mom's in the kitchen cooking for me. Thank you Miguel and all the staff for bringing me back, and feeding my many friends and family. It's my new home away from home, and blocks away from my house ! So cozy, friendly and welcoming !!! I want a T-shirt and 100 flyers to help promote this jewel on the Westside ???

A friend told me to try this place out and was not disappointed. Food was really good and customer service is awesome. Definitely added to the list of good food in my book. Recommended for sure.

I usually do not leave reviews, however, this is the first time I've ordered from here...and I was a disappointed. I ordered a Mexican plate which consisted of 2 cheese enchiladas, taco, chalupa, rice, rice and beans. The flavor was good, but everything was crammed into one box and the taco and chalupa were piled on top of the enchiladas which made them soggy and sad, not to mention that removing them pulled all of the cheese off of the "CHEESE" enchiladas! I called to let them know and they offered to have me bring the plate back for a remake, but I was on my lunch hour and unable to, so I explained that to the woman who answered the phone, and quite frankly, it didn't seem as though it mattered much to her because all she said was okay, I'll the cook in the back know. There was no REAL effort to satisfy me or retain my business, not even an apology!
