This is by FAR the best gyro I've ever had! I don't even like lamb, but this is AMAZING!!! So tender and flavorful! I'm so glad I found this place. Going to be a regular stop for us for sure.

Not a big foodie. I got the chicken and lamb bowl and everything was on point only waited about 5 minutes. My bowl was steaming hot and nicely prepared, the price and service were good.

The food was extremely good. I was waiting for my fiance to get me, and Austin had given me a couple drinks just to make sure I was fine. I had ordered 2 chicken gyros. My fiance and I loved them will definitely be getting food here again. And thank you to Austin for being a great employee.

Great halal food truck! The food was served hot and fresh, and everything tasted amazing. The guy at the counter was very polite, the order was quick, and he even gave us a discount coupon for next time. We ordered the beef gyro wrap and chicken platter—both were delicious. Highly recommended!”

The food here is amazing better than Middle East on Everhart and better taste than Persis on Corona and more affordable! The portions are generous, the lamb is cooked to perfection, the shawarma is SO good also. The owner is so friendly and nice, and the gentleman that has been running it for over 3 years has excellent customer service, knowledgeable, and gets the food out quick! Thank you for your great service

Best Halal Combo platters found & served in South Texas!!!! I’ve tried a vast variety of different Halal restaurants in every major city around Texas & Halal Street Eats is the best & closest in flavor that I’ve found nearest to the Halal dishes served in NYC. So grateful to have found this location & I stop in every chance I get when I travel anywhere near Corpus Christi. I’ve been stopping in for nearly 2 years now since I found it, & Austin will always take care of you & accommodate any needs with a smile on his face.

Update on new Food below.
Super friendly cook. The food is great. It reminds me of a place I would go get food in Austin but this places lamb is way better. ((This is the Gyro Lamb Plate.)) Now we asked for the sauce on the side because we've never tried it but its great as well. I would suggest getting an extra side of the sauce and falafel bread as well. Limes would be a great blend with this dish but I didnt get to ask if they had any. This plate is more than enough to feed 2 average individuals and has a burst of flavor in the meat.
