I placed a phone order this morning. I go to pick up the order about 10 minutes later. The lady that’s always at the register didn’t even even tell me anything. She just starts talking to the guy next to her about the order. No one seems to know where it’s at. The lady does to the back. He’s going through all these receipts in orders looking for mine. Then he finds it at the bottom goes and put the order in so they can make it comes back and starts working like nothing this whole time. No one has even told me okay, hold on it’s gonna be a few minutes nothing! I leave then call To speak to a manager. The guy that answered my phone hung up on me When I asked to speak to a manager. I’ll call back again. He put me through a manager. I started to explain what happened she put me on hold. Another lady starts talking to me. I asked her where did the manager go apparently those manager today and she doesn’t know when they’re coming in maybe tomorrow in the morning so who was I talking to you The second time manager today . I used to come here a lot because I like the food and the prices good. But the customer service is ridiculous. I forgot why I stopped coming.

Fast service. Good food. Stopped by today for lunch and ordered the large caldo de res. Big serving plenty of beef, cabbage, carrots and a few pieces of squash. To my surprise no potatoes and corn. Nice fresh homemade corn tortillas also came with a serving of rice and beans. Great price large bowl was u see $10.00 plus the tax.

Love this place good family place calm peaceful customers and employees.Parking: Careful it's leopard those potholes travel to the parking spaces but drive slow and avoid the big umsKid-friendliness: Kids are kids no ones gonna shush them or get after them for laughing loudly there's open outlets near a few tables to plug in your devices to recharge while you eat or to keep kids chill beforeor after meals.
