I adore this place! Hester’s is my go-to spot—I could easily dine there daily. While I wish there was one on the southside, I’ve sampled numerous items from their menu, including desserts. The chicken tortilla soup from the lunch specials is especially delightful, their pastas and sandwiches are so filling. The portions are generous for the price, though I’d rate the atmosphere 4/5 stars; it can get a bit noisy during peak hours. Writing this now I realize I need a lunch date there this coming week..

Food was amazing. I had their raspberry tea which was great, as I’m not a tea drinker. I had their eggs and “cloud” pancake which was great A bit of wait for food, but expected as it was noon. Will be back if in town again

Started the day blessed. The food is delicious and beautiful. The smiles from the ones working there are bright. Went with my family during our Spring Break in Corpus and felt the warmth here. Reminds me of Psalms 34:8.

Food was ok. Omelette was bland and got jipped on the chicken. I counted maybe 3 pieces. Potatoes were on the colder side and over salted. Could use a deep cleaning. I was hoping my food would not get an extra dusting from the light fixture.
Nicely renovated seating. Great brunch type selection...pastries, soups, sandwiches, salads. Like sitting in the Blue Frog section, it's quieter.

We love Hesters but our breakfast this morning was disappointing. Our food was lukewarm at best. We had eggs and biscuits and gravy. The manager did stop by after we were about 50% finished and offered to remake our food, but I didn't want to waste the food and/or wait another 15 mins.Sadly, this is the second time this has happened. My guess is the food running when they are busy might get backed up allowing the food to sit a little too long before being delivered.I hope Hesters can address this issue as it truly is a delightful breakfast atmosphere.
