This place is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great, but other times it is horrible. Ordered tonight and the food tastes like it was cooked in burnt oil.

Doesn’t answer calls after calling multiple times.
Paid extra money for cheese on all 3 sliders and didn’t get cheese on any. Didn’t even get Cole slaw or the extra boom boom sauce we paid for either. This isn’t the first time they have left out our cheese too. Disappointing, this store is at least 15 mins from us too so major inconvenience

Drive alll the way to the one on Saratoga amd it’s card only service didn’t get to try the food and will not travel all they way back over there to try it lost two good customers before they even had a chance to try the food so annoying

Amazing food and customer service! Got the loaded fries and slider and it was very very good! Fries were nice and seasoned and the chicken was delicious!

All the combos include a free fountain drink so that’s good. I tried the small loaded fries with the jerk chicken sauce, they were pretty good. I’ll have to come back and try the sliders and the tenders to be able to give a full review.

I wanted to like this place, but just to many things not good enough.

1. No actual person to take your order. You must use the dumb kiosk. No options for changing out sides or any type of questions answered.

2. No cash accepted. Not taking cash should be illegal and almost made me walk out in that alone.

3. No actual plates? Everything served in to go containers making the food soggy. Entire point of fried chicken and fries are them being crispy.

4. The food just wasn’t that great. Wasn’t bad, but not good enough to warrant coming back especially with the other factors.

I hope you improve on some things but i don’t think i would go back.
