So I checked in 7-10-13 and out the next day. Walked into room. Awful. First thing I had to kill a roach. Had to pay parking to park and they don't even have cameras to watch your vehicle when you have to pay an expensive parking fee. But no. They aren't responsible for any damage fire or theft. Stupid. To end it they got my reservation wrong. Had to down grade my ocean view king suite to a single bed alley view and still paid that original price of the suite. DON'T STAY HERE.

This place is horrible it looks nice on pictures but the upkeep on this place is bad. They are very short staffed. The tubs do not drain properly and the place is just run down. Please read the bad reviews because they are all true. The hot water is not good it barely comes out. The chairs by the pool look like they have never been cleaned. They towel racks are rusted in the pool area and tiles are broken and falling off so be careful. Better yet find another place. The most scary part to me was that the balconies have concrete breaking off of them. Even one side wall of the building looks like it is falling off. The awful lack of maintenance is going to cause a bad accident one day but they do not seem to care about it

The breakfast is the way it because the 5 star kitchen is closed and has been for years...very sad Edgar would buy a Hotel and not invest money in the kitchen

I went on the last day before they closed for 6 mths for renovations, the room I had was great, but the second room had a lot of roaches crawling off wall. I understand it the beach area and there going be roaches anywhere but this was infestation, we sprayed. I guess that good they are renovating, I hope they upgrade everything. The breakfast was good but wish had some extra items like waffles or fruits Love the shower soaps and shampoos in the shower wall that was great since I forgot mine. Love the parking convience!! Cant wait till you reopen,

Do NOT stay here! We checked out same day we got there!! It is ABSOLUTELY Disgusting!! Worst hotel I’ve booked in my life, smells terrible when you walk in, doors are open to public, key cards don’t open door sometimes, bedding had green stains on it, beds are sunken in, mirror had toothpaste spattered all over it, elevator carpet is stained and has gum all over it. Also it’s HAUNTED!!! 2 suicides have occurred here!! Also a man fell to his death from the 9th floor into the main lobby yes the main lobby where everyone checks in and they serve breakfast!! Happened in 2014! He was alone and just somehow got pushed over railing. This is why hotel is non refundable!
