Ok, so I used to eat here often because it's reasonably priced and also close by. I was a regular of sorts. However, I will attest to the other comments here about the laid back approach of the staff. I sometimes get the impression they feel as if they are doing me a favor by seating me. They don't always have a hostess and they even left a bell to get their attention as you walk in. Hilarious. Furthermore I went in and was literally the only patron in the place and waited 20 minutes after I was seated. I looked up and the 2 wait staff were sitting at the bar playing on their phones. I complained to the take out order guy and finally got service. The waitress said hello to me and greeted me by my first name (I'm a regular) but I was not pleased with the level of familiarity she was trying to use. I don't know her name and would not ever address a customer by their first name merely out of respect (which at this point there wasn't any for me or for the job itself). I won't be returning any time soon. The food didn't ruin it, but rather the service did finally. I figured it would eventually be too much for me.

We had the beef pho and it was amazing. I would definitely go back. The pho was great. We had the shrimp spring rolls and they were really good too. The peanut sauce was good but reminded me more of eel sauce. I couldn't really taste the peanut in it.

Me and the family just love this restaurant. Personally, its all about the hot pot with ribeye and tom yum broth. Double veggies ordered all the time.

This place is really good. They should publish their menu, because their prices are very reasonable. If you get the hot pot, which is fun, novel, and tasty, two people can easily eat for $20-25. Not that we did, since they also have good sushi and appetizers. If you like the idea of cooking at your table, give this place a try.

We have been here several times, tonight was the best ever. The Tom Yum and Spicy Taiwan brings are amazing. A thoughtful and attentive server, new but very helpful. Ask for the divided broth bowl, it cinches a perfect hot pot experience.
