Worst customer service ever! Couldn’t fix the order without listening to what was wrong. Yelling at the customer which was a minor trying to get the order corrected. Yelling at customers isn’t how you fix the problem. They messed up big time. Lost our business. We’ll choose a different place to take our $$ to. Think you need to take some manager classes or customer service refreshment courses. Give them NO stars. Do not recommend to anyone!!

Decided to try this location today not only was the food horrible so was the customer service I ordered almond chicken it was horrible. I asked a manager if I could exchange it and he said I would have to pay for a new plate. The beef and broccoli was bad also and he got sick after we got home bad experience all together will not be back. I told the manager I had had almond chicken and it never looked the way this one was. He kept arguing with me that was the way it was made. He would not exchange or make it better for me. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had.

I always pick up from this location but I can honestly say that they have never disappointed me on my dinner. Love the food.
Ordered hot and sour soup, it was ok, not as good as usua-spicy sour water Crispy noodles are absolutely awful, stale, over cooked and dark brown, too thick so felt like cracking cement in my teeth, they used to be light, airy and crispy-definitely need to reteach whoever made them

This was their last chance. They consistently get our order wrong and forget items. This time was worse. The "chicken" was very strange and seemed not right. This is the first time in my life that the food was so bad that I ended up throwing it away. Our whole family was disappointed. I will never consider this place as an option for food. *Response to owner* Sincerely do not want your free food. It was disgusting and the service is terrible. I genuinely just want to forget about your existence as an option for take out. Last chance means last chance. I was a customer for over 20 years. No thank you.

I ordered the beef & broccoli from this place. The so called beef is nothing but fat and rubber like meat. It's awful. I've ordered from Hunan Express on Everhart many times in the past and I've never been served anything like this in the past.
Opened up the fortune cookie & it was stale. Seriously? Get it together guys!!!
