There was nothing to complain about the food. There has been a long wait on everything right from being attended at the entrance to around 10 minutes plus to get the check after we asked for it.

Literally the worst service i’ve ever had. Food took over an hour and was cold. Our server had no idea what was going on and never came to our table and stared at us asking how much of a tip we were going to leave at the register. Pretty sure he was on something. Do not recommend this location to anyone.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my visit to this restaurant. The customer service was incredibly delayed, which immediately set a negative tone. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was appalling. We were seated at a table that had trash underneath it, and the overall appearance of the space was filthy. Given the state of the dining area, we didn’t feel comfortable staying or eating there. If the dining area is in such poor condition, it raises concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen. We have been returning customers in the past to give this establishment another opportunity, but not anymore. Unfortunately, we will not be returning

Waiter brought food and said would be back with toast and salsa. My plate got cold she took so long and had to have it warmed up. Which took longer than it should have. My family had almost finished there plates before I got mine back. Then took forever to check me out. Bad customer service but apologetic. I still gave the 20% tip but was very disappointed with service. Food was good.

We were seated and given our drinks and menus. We waited 30 minutes and no one came to take our order. One waitress and one waiter were tending to tables next to ours and they saw our menus, never asking us if we were ready to order. We waited politely and they looked right at us. we told the manager what happened and we left. I will never go there again.
All the employees where very kind and the food is on par for IHOP. The benches, floors, and tables where all dirty/sticky or had several large crumbs. These where "clean" tables set up for the next guests including my table which had several sticky spots.

No greeting, when we were greeted it was by a woman who told me she has anxiety because of meds? She handed us off to someone else. We were escorted to the table by another woman, dressed super casual. She sounded like she was correcting behavior on a toddler, when she was addressing our waitress; who looked like she didn’t wanna be there, and the woman told us “sorry, work place drama” like we needed to know that. The waitress looked embarrassed.
Then the cherry on top, was the dirty table, and the fact that the menu smelled like old, damp, dish sponge.
So we left, no offense to our waitress, but it looked nasty and dirty there. We left to the other IHOP.
