Let me say this. Our server was not attentive at all. He forgot my bacon, he did not give us refills nor come by to check on us. The fact we saw other servers doing more than him shows either he's being pulled in different directions or doesn't care. It's rare I gave a low rating, but to not bring us the check, having to go up to the front and still not getting an itemized receipt. We have no clue what we paid for. I will not being going back to this location. Plus the shakers were not restocked so no pepper or salt.

Don't know how the food was since we waited 45 minutes for our food and was only halfway done. No one was waiting on food due to a total of 2 tables and one table was already done eating. So when I asked to speak to the manager, he was apologetic but no gift card for the wait or offered a discount off ticket. I worked in a restaurant for many years and KNOW he should have tried to make the customer happy. He instead said it could have been a system delay. I would think that the manager would have gone to the back to check on the order instead just said, sorry. Yep, I'm sorry too. Probably why no one was there to eat. They took way too long with no one there and serving 2 adult plates, and 2 kids. Poor management, poor customer service. Our waitress Stephanie tried her best. Thanks Stephanie

I did an order of 2 stack pancakes by phone at 743am. I was told my order would be ready in 5 minutes. I didn’t walk out until 810am. My order was taken by Marcus. I paid with cash and he had to go to the back area for my change. That took another 10 minutes. He said he didn’t have “silver” or loose coins so the change was bills which was fine. I did NOT leave a tip as I’m sure he was expecting. I placed the order while in the IHOP parking lot and put makeup on to allow ample time to prepare my to go. I went in at 755am. Im a FAN of IHOP but lately the service has not been very good. And there are not a lot of people in the restaurant. I normally wouldn’t complain but this was just a pancake order which took almost 30 minutes. Thanks for allowing comments to be made.

Definitely love IHOP and always a battle with wife to go to Dennys then here. So when we did get to go here. Definitely not cool to get let down. Not sure what the issue is or was this day, but food was blan, cold, took more then 30 minutes to get food. Then to get the bill for all the cold food $106. Hopefully what ever issue is. It gets fixed. So that maybe we can come back here to eat.
The food was wonderful. The waitress was great. All the staff was nice and courteous. The tables and floor were clean. The bathroom was clean. Even the dishwasher Rodrigo was intelligent and nice.
