Came in before a crazy breakfast rush, the host had us seated within 5 minutes and our waitress got us situated with drinks and condiments. We had an amazing meal thanks to all the cooks! Even had our plates cleared from the table and let us digest a bit before heading out. This IHOP is my favorite!!

Waited over 45 minutes to get seated,then the waitress took another minutes to bring out 2 waters.She disappeared and didn't take our food order for another good 15 minutes. After she finally took our order we waited over a half hour to get breakfast. The waitress was a little condescending to my wife's about our experience overall. Manager no where in site to complain to!!

Last meal with the group b4 we took off home to san antonio, group of 11/ 4 kids, ALL our food came out at different times, my food never came till everyone was done eating. when they did bring my plate it looked sad and rushed…i denied it as i was too angry too eat. Our waitress never asked if we needed refills, didn’t ask if everything was ok, poor service which is why she didn’t notice i didn’t get my plate, told me “it was the kitchens fault” … manager took off 10% and removed my coffee… mom & pop restaurants from now on when we come on vacation. We will never be coming back to this Ihop.
