Let me say this. Our server was not attentive at all. He forgot my bacon, he did not give us refills nor come by to check on us. The fact we saw other servers doing more than him shows either he's being pulled in different directions or doesn't care. It's rare I gave a low rating, but to not bring us the check, having to go up to the front and still not getting an itemized receipt. We have no clue what we paid for. I did an order of 2 stack pancakes by phone at 743am. I was told my order would be ready in 5 minutes. I didn’t walk out until 810am. My order was taken by Marcus. I paid with cash and he had to go to the back area for my change. That took another 10 minutes. He said he didn’t have “silver” or loose coins so the change was bills which was fine. The food was wonderful. The waitress was great. All the staff was nice and courteous. The tables and floor were clean. The bathroom was clean. Even the dishwasher Rodrigo was intelligent and nice.
