This is a diamond in the rough! I love IHOP but sadly many locations are horrible. I know the business is struggling and they could learn from this location. The wait staff is incredible! The manager walks around talking to everyone and makes you feel at home. Never had a incorrect order even with larger parties. Great spot!

Chose this restaurant because it claims “kids eat free with each adult entree purchased”. Considering the current economic situation, we decided to give it a shot. 4 kids and 2 adults. One of the kids is 10 so she ordered an adult entree. 3 adult entrees would mean 3 free kids meals. She first brought the check charging full price for every kid. Then the server returned and stated “sorry that only applies if an adult orders the meal”. So we still got charged for a kids meal. I’m not dumb, I know she was trying to make the total stay high in hopes of a higher tip, I’m in the service industry as well. The fries were cold and soggy, bread was hard. They forgot an order of pancakes. The 3 year old ordered a kids cheese burger and the meat was raw. And the $3 they charge for soda, the soda is flat. But the lady named Velma (reason for 3 star atmosphere) is very sweet and helpful. Everything/everyone else, I’m extremely disappointed in.
