Insomnia Cookies

When I've gotten this in the past they pack the ice cream and cookie separate, this time they thru everything together my ice cream was smashed on the top of my box. The cookie was hard, the spoon they gave me broke because it was so hard. The only thing I can say was good was the seasonal cookie, other than that I'll make my own cookies next time for a quarter of the price.

Picked up an assortment of 2 dozen of the “classic” variety for an event. Great service, nice clean store, and good menu display. However, those 2 dozen cookies might have been enough to satiate 3 people and it was $54. That makes each cookie $2.25, which is ludicrous given that they are average in both size and quality. I would much rather just take the slight extra effort to get the same amount of cookie from a premade dough from the grocery store at around 1/10 of the price with the same level of quality.

Not gonna lie this has to be one of the worst business in CC. I’m such a fan of their cookies but every time I go order I either get poor customer service or none of the cookies are available. I’ve tried doing delivery many times and they always claim they can’t get into my complex or they they called me which is false. And then they won’t give me a refund! Honestly so tired of dealing with this establishment that can’t deliver good customer service or the product!!

The cookies are good but the size of the cookies that they advertise isn't the size of the cookies that you get and that's a little underwhelming honestly. I wish the cookies were as big as advertised.

I placed an order for it to arrive at my house and they delivered it to the wrong place, I called the store and they never answered. I had to go to the store at 12:30 am which was what I wanted to avoid from the beginning. Yes, they actually delivered the order to me without any problem, but what an inconvenience they caused by having to leave the house at that time.

Everytime I go in the seasonal cookies are gone…. So from 5-1am there is no seasonal cookies. I’m not spending 4.25 a cookie on basic cookies I can make at home.

The business is small and bites off more than it can chew when it comes to work volume. They also don’t answer the phones. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend delivery from them. Going there to pickup is best bet.
They are open very late in the morning because that’s how long it takes to have delivered.
