The cookies were good, service was iffy she looked like she didn't want to be there, but overall a 8/10

The cookies are outstanding. Hoping to have had more GF options.

Service could have been a little better. The employees that were there seemed like the didn't want to be there. Was kind of greeted with a stale, uninterested welcome. The cookies and ice cream were amazing though. 👍🏼

Avoid ordering for delivery.

Placed an order via Uber Eats, 45 mins in still no cookies. Called spoke to Liz, she said driver is coming, 30 min later called again, said if my cookies are not coming can you cancel and get a refund. She just cancels it like a robot without even telling me they’re still on the way. What a dumb employee and so rude to cancel someone’s order because you’re late and slow. Don’t accept the orders if you cannot fulfill them.

Way overpriced cookies and I don't think they are that good. Staff was very short with me. Like she didnt really want to be there let alone talking to me. It was my first and last visit to insomnia cookies.

*edit - after a response from the company where they cant even bother to get my name right (calls me mark when my name is Mike). I stand by my review of poor customer service. The employees obviously get their vibe from the owner on how to treat customers.

2 scoops equals 1 scoop, they are really small scoops. Brownie it hard as a rock even when warmed. NOT a good place for desert.

I am here in Portland, Texas doing storm restoration with my Emergency Weather Response team at Linear Roofing after the storm that passed this weekend. We needed a place that could deliver treats to our clients who are repairing their communities, and Insomnia Cookies across the bay is the only place that could get the job done! Plus, they have vegan and gluten-free options! I have to give some positive words to Isabella, who was super helpful when I messed up an order and she was able to reroute the delivery last minute. Thank y’all for being awesome! Will be picking up some for myself before the end of the week because my clients are loving your cookies! 🍪🍪🍪

Disgusted, disappointed, angry… just go to great American cookies . These were the hardest cookies in America and tasted like eggs.

First time there. The cookies were delicious but customer service needs work. Went around 2 pm. The open sign was not on, we almost left, but it was open. The clerk did not great us. Never smiled, felt like she really didn't want to be there. Not helpful. Didn't did tell us about the different specials of cookies. Had to ask her. Will give them one more chance but if treated the same that will be the last.

OMG. Lovin’ dem cookies!! Can never pick a flavor of ice cream until I taste tested everyone of dem. Matter of fact I’m going there RN! Munchie time. Bring my delights home and turn on my Netflix. Ice cream is for dipping cookies. And that Venus employee is as helpful as they come!!! She got me hooked. She’s my dealer 😁

Terrible experience at Insomnia Cookies. The staff couldn’t have cared less, rude and inattentive from the start. I expected a warm, fresh cookie, but instead got something barely above room temperature. For a place that markets itself on warm cookies, that’s just pathetic. The cookie itself was mediocre at best nothing you couldn’t grab out of a vending machine. Total waste of money. Don’t bother.
