Jack In The Box

Been to this location a handful of times and my order is always make incorrectly! And no matter if it’s in the morning or night the customer service is awful! And somehow the supervisor is never there and the phone always goes to voicemail. Everytime my food has been made incorrectly they don’t answer the phone and when i come to return the food/or get it remade they can’t give me a refund or etc because the manager/supervisor ain’t there! It’s always the run around with this place! Wouldn’t suggest coming here!

First of all every time we go through the drive-through the service is horrible and they’re always out of something or forgets an item WE PAID FOR. we asked for a sweet tea and received unsweetened tea with no ice in a large cup. they give no effort with their job it’s sad. we enjoy jack in the box but this seriously is an issue. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here. management needs to step it up because this is ridiculous, it’s never busy when we go so why so many mistakes?

Food was good, better than I expected actually. The service was okay and this particular one needs a bit of TLC and updating. The chairs look like they’ve been weathered and have rust, the wooden seats are just hideous and look unsanitary.

Wanted to add more to this review of Jack in the Box overall, but more specifically this location 3155 S Padre Island Dr
Corpus Christi, TX 78415. This Kostoryz location, revitalized my outlook and faith in Jack B. Been going off / on past 10+ years (not at the location aforementioned) and has been lackluster, chewy, burnt, greasy not clean traps. Just bad. Only out of necessity and convenience did we order from Jack in the Box while heading out of town. Holy cow, this location was spot on awesome. Fresh, clean, efficient, the food, the sandwiches were presentation style, like you see advertised, nobody gets that but it was very aesthetically appealing. Aside from that, it ... Tasted...So..GOOD! The curly seasoned fries are actually worth mentioning. The sandwich though, wow, just wow. Fast forward, heading back into town few days later... Mmm 🤔, decided to stop again, maybe it was a fluke, nope. It was Amazing! Again! Only two times sampled but certainly turned my views around. Kudos to the Kostoryz location in Corpus Christi, TX! -- Happy Family (I'd post pictures, but it would only be wrappers, it was that good)

My wife and I just ordered from here and they did not have half of the food we ordered. We got breakfast platters with no bacon, ultimate bacon burger with no bacon and the food was ice cold. In short this has been our experience every time we try and give this location another try so my advice stay away from this location and make the drive to another place if you want your order correct and at least warm.

The service here was horrible. We stood in the lobby for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. They were standing in the back talking and laughing while one person was filling a to go order. Once we finally ordered it took almost 30 minutes to get our food. Thankfully the food was fresh and hot, and so good. The store was dirty, we had to wipe down a table to have a clean table. it was not busy, my husband and I were the only dine in, and we saw only a few cars go through the drive thru. Definitely wasn't my best experience at a Jack in the Box.

Delivered to wrong address, luckily the neighbor knew who I was a block away and brought it to me but it was already cold
