I don’t come here often but when I do, food is always hot and fresh, and the service is quick. Sometimes late at night can be a bit slow but they also seem a bit short handed so it’s understandable. Customer service is always good, today the young guy at the drive thru was very nice.

Food and Service (Charles) was excellent. Dining area was clean. Food was fresh and hot. My only negative comment was cleanliness of the Men’s room. Reason I could not give 5 stars overall. It had not been serviced for what appeared to be several hours, location and demographics plays into its condition. I would recommend locking the restrooms and require customers to get a key to access.

Jack in the box is my go to place I love everything from this place but I will not return I orders just a jumbo jack and tacos Thursday December 4th 2025 and I ended up getting food poisoning I’ve been in pain since then with severe cramping and other thing I don’t want to mention! Jack in the box here in corpus needs to do better!!

We hadn’t been to a Jack in the Box in years we’ve been working out of state so when we got back to Corpus, we found this particular Jack in the Box and we got our tacos and our curly fries and everything was just as we ordered. Perfect fresh and Charles at the pick up window has the best attitude very kind and served with a smile.. Thank you Charles!!

Food was great, service was great. Unfortunately there was a homeless guy sleeping in the restaurant, with his non service dog. I'm deathly allergic to dogs and really didn't appreciate it, especially where food is served.

Drink station tastes like soda is flat
Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger only had one slice of bacon 🥓 which I was very disappointed cuz I love bacon other than that food was good tacos where good

Frequent this location, never had a problem until my last visit (09/22). Still waiting on management to reach out to me on 10/07. Until then, Jack in the Box will not get another penny out of me.

We always have a large order wherever we go since we're a family of six. That means a lot of places get our order wrong. This place not only got our right but went beyond knowing it would take a little while to complete our order. They offered extra sauces even though we didn't necessarily need them. The food was a fresh and juicy, from the curly fries to the burgers to the chicken sandwich.
