We placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru. We waited about 3 minutes before the we were advised to pull forward. There was one car in the drive thru ahead of us. We waited 15 minutes before my husband got out of the car tongonger our now extremely cold food. My husband was advised that there were only two workers but one was currently being yelled at by the manager. This was the employees words not his. He came out with our food but we were still trapped in the drive thru for an additional 5 minutes. This was our second attempt using this location. Our first was an attempt for breakfast but no one ever came to help us. Needless to say we will not be returning ever again.

Today I came through the drive through on a whim. I needed something to snack on for a mini road trip. The lady and I wish I got her name just made my day. It wasn't anything to spectacular, but taking in that it is 40 degrees and raining outside having someone so full of energy and smiles serve me was lovely. I know she had to of been cold because she sated today the wind was blowing right in the window today. You don't find good employees like that to often. I hope I get to enjoy that energy she possessed again.

They suck, always closing early and leave the app open so when you place a order it goes through then you call them to get a refund and their phone don’t work so I go to the store and no one’s there at 8pm seriously

This place used to be so good. The burger was cold and the bread was hard. The curly fries were just cold hard bits and pieces. No big curly fries whatsoever.

Food is always good but service was lame .First off the guy can’t hear me taking my order at the intercom. So I’m literally yelling at the top of my lungs my order and I’m trying to order a shake yelling and he keeps saying you want a discount shake when I’m trying to order a biscoff shake and I’m tired of yelling so I pull up and say I want a biscoff shake mind you still loud talking and he still can’t hear me so I just tell them to cancel my order by now I’m already frustrated from having to yell my order and and lady wants to get pissed at me for canceling my order saying I’m rude yelling at me .obviously they should put sign saying pull up to window to order. manager should know better who wants to literally yell there whole order out freaking ridiculous. I guess I’m not going back there ever again.

They were amazing! We had a change of plans and went in last minute with 60 to 70 students and staff for lunch after participating in our Special Olympics bowling competition . They were so accommodating and helpful! Everyone there did an amazing job!

So went to Jack in the box in airline there was no vehicles at all in the parking lot but the drive through had all the lights on and the menu was on so I was excited been wanting Jack in the box for a minute. Waited at the intercom for about 5 minutes honked the horn and said hello several times, no one ever answered. Drove up to the window all the lights were on and nobody was around. Drove to the lobby and there was one worker sitting in the dining area on his phone. Was so pissed I was craving Jack in the box. That location is horrible when it comes to customer service. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. Oh and I will add it was 7:30 pm
Walked in and the place had a pretty good vibe to it, the cashier was quick and friendly an enthusiastic about taking my order.
Food was great and the wait was not long at all.
If your in the area looking for a bite. I highly recommend this location.
