Disappointing service. Tried multiple items on the menu and it was disappointing aswell. All i can recommend is the egg rolls. Everytime i went something was missing or completely wrong. Ill stick with Whataburger.

The jack in the box in annaville is trash. I like their food from other locations, but not worth traveling for. Wish it was a cleaner environment with more competent cooks. I do not recommend.

Took 35 minutes for just 2 orders. Place was empty even drive threw. The establishment was filthy and restroom where horrible. Curly fries where cold. Tables where dirty. Only gave one star cause there's nothing lower.

Stopped by on the way back from a trip. Got a breakfast burrito. The bacon was not fully cooked. Fast forward to later in the evening I am making frequent bathroom visits. How hard is it to fully cook bacon. The color changes and everything. Glad it isn't one close to me.
Only car in drive through. Waited 10 minutes for service. Finally got to order... they took card at window and has been another 10 minutes waiting. There nobody else waiting.. yall need to train your staff or hire more people.

We ate in the parking lot... bought food through the drive-thru. It seemed like a popular spot. The food was decent. I had a buttery burger with lettuce & tomatoes. Would have been better with all the fixings. Curly fries. Drink was a large unsweetened tea. Way to big of a drink. Anyways, hubby had a special burger that was offered, large curly fries and a drink. While taking my dogs out for a break, there were some birds hanging around. There were some parrots that were in the ? trees. Which was so amazing to see. But then there were 3 police suvs... and a tow truck that hauled away someone's truck on the back side . So this spot is highly active with all kinds of things happening. We were just passing through on Christmas. Nothing was open. We were hungry.

The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because I’ve had nice window cashiers here in the past, before I even started ordering the cashier says: “before you order our sodas are flat and we have no ice just to let you know”. And then said she was having trouble hearing me with a rude attitude when I got to the window, if you don’t like your job QUIT!I asked her for ranch and she seemed annoyed for that and I was never rude because I also work at the food industry but that behavior is totally unnaceptable, she handed me my order and had zero napkins, ketchup or RANCH and walked away fast before I had a chance to check my bag, also what kind of management can’t go to the store for ice! At least try to sell iced coffee and offer a solution, horrible customer service and management.
