Love Jason's Deli. Quick service, delicious sandwiches, especially fresh, crisp pickles. Only place I've found with tiny Gingerbread muffins, so good.

DO NOT PLACE ORDERS ON CHROME!!! ONLY USE THE MOBILE APP!!!
My problem is not with the food, it’s always alright. Nothing special but not bad.
My problem now is that their website on chrome did not work when I was placing an order. I never got an order confirmation so, I purchased my meal on the mobile app and thought everything was perfect.
There were 2 of the same charges for my meal when I never could get confirmation of an order being placed on chrome when I tried the first time.
I was told I would be refunded. I have contacted the store multiple times about the refund. I have apparently spoke to the manager who would get right on it.
Don’t blatantly lie to your customers about a refund that will never happen even when speaking to several people about it.
Your website is broken, it is not my fault orders can only go through the app. Terrible resolution to your mistake. Since y’all just want to ignore me, here is the evidence so people are aware and don’t get their money taken like I did.
Cashier was not knowledgeable. Customer service sucked. Seems like all the employees were in a bad mood. It was only 7:00 p.m.

This Airline Jason’s Deli is okay. It gets very crowded during lunch hours (waited 30 min for my food). Since I was on a time crunch, I asked for a to go box and the lady gave me attitude. The table was a bit sticky. It’s also pretty pricey.
