I’m writing to share my experience at this Jersey Mike’s location. I’m a frequent customer and regularly visit the Jersey Mike’s in my hometown of Harlingen, where I always receive great service. Unfortunately, this was my second visit in Corpus, and once again the customer service was very disappointing.
This incident occurred today between approximately 3:00–3:15 PM.
I ordered two subs: one mini and one regular #8. The first employee asked me three times to confirm that I wanted two subs, which already felt unnecessary. Then a second employee took over with a very poor attitude. When she asked if I wanted mayo, I clearly said no—only relish and tomato.
At that point, she made faces, looked over at the other employee, and laughed, which felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful as a customer.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but after experiencing poor service at this location twice, I felt it was important to speak up. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service at this store.

First girl to take our order walked away mid order and didn’t come back. The lady who was doing the register was making snarky comments. Will not be coming back to this location

I love jerseys mikes so much I came in today and they were very polite specifically the girl with the white long sleeve I don’t know her name but she was very nice with great manners and made my sandwich neat and exactly how I like it.i came in to order the tuna sub and it was fresh!! Definitely will be going back!!the other employees were great as well.overall 10/10 experience 👍🏻

Was closed before 9, staff was inside, and said they already cleaned

Went there 12-16-24 around 930 at night. The card reader was messing up so my card got alod multiple times. They end up charging my account twice. I called to get it straightened out the manger says it was only showing "once" on their end and one canceled. Well apparently the other one didn't cancel if I got charged. They told me to go thru my bank and do a fraud charge. How is it my banks fault? Jersey Mike's you need to do better.

Why would I pay less, for a much inferior meal.
