service was decent. but good god the food here is messy. got my sandwich and it was just falling apart and whatever they put on their meats gives it a weird aftertaste and just absolutely makes the buns soggy. but overall the workers were very polite. this was my first time eating here so im gonna have to come back and try the philly cheese steak.

Ordered on the app. Asked clerk about order, she blew me off. So I waited to be called but finally got back in the line to ask. They found my order and it hadn't been started. And they told me they ran out of bread. Very dissappointed.

Disappointing. Tonight I ordered a bacon chicken and ranch in a tub with EXTRA bacon online. When I arrived they had my order ready but without bacon and I was told they were OUT OF BACON!? They offered me chips or a drink in replacement for the bacon but that doesn’t make it okay. If they were out of bacon, they should’ve just called me to inform me and I would’ve cancelled my order.ON TOP OF THAT, I ordered my meal “mike’s way” and was assured by the girl behind the counter that it was made “mike’s way”. I drove all the way home to eat my baconless meal to find out that it was not made “mikes way” like I asked and was assured it was. I called to get a refund and the phone line is down. So frustrating. They can never seem to get orders correct.

I said “hello are you guys open” Quentin turned around from the grill to let me know they’re open but I can’t order anything from the grill because it’s already clean. Called the manager two days later and she kinda blew it off. They’re probably friends. I know I won’t come to this location again

On 09-10-23, I ordered a regular sandwich , chips & a drink.They took off my free sandwich but charged me $12.00 for the chips & drink. I didn’t realize until on my way home as I live 2 hrs away.They also gave me the wrong sandwich. The 2 girls there definitely DID NOT know what they were doing at all!! It was the worst experience at any Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been to. The rest of my family ordered after me & they experienced trouble too.Sure wish someone would train these girls the correct way….what a disappointment!
