Staff was really sweet and thoughtful. I explained that I have food allergies to milk, the manager took the time to clean the slicer so that my sib wouldn't get any cross contamination on it. Thank you for caring

Screwed up my order had me pay. before sandwiches were done. orderd giant sandwiches got regular sandwiches .these people can't take orders correctly and paid twice never again .

Pretty disgusting response and very unprofessional I might add to handle a customer complaint as such. Highly disappointed in the conduct.

As I too have went in to get a sandwich multiple times and too have had the same girls with no hospitality show me the same service. Looks like this location needs some coaching of their younger staff. Even more so maybe additional training to the owner response.

This shows that that the problem is not at the foundation, but the source of management.

For a company so prestige in their work, this franchise should be embrassed by their work efficacy.

I’ve been here a bunch of times, whenever there’s a manager in the back the older gentleman it’s ok, when he’s not or eating his lunch on the side, things tend to get lost.

Once they charged me double for asking for extra meat, not sure that’s the norm.

Today I wanted to pay with cash, and had no change. The high school girls working behind the register had mad attitude and rolled her eyes at me, because THEY didn’t have change. It’s 2025 and you have no cash or change in your register?

Sounds like a manager issue, these girls don’t even know what day it is I doubt they’d be in charge of money where they can barely even make a sandwich.

Lose the attitude and rolling eyes.

I got our order about 30 mins ago. I always check my orders, I and gotten cheese steak and just veggies no meat at all! I’d appreciate it especially working all day then hoping to have a good meal get ruined! For the lack of caring for a customers order or even the specific ways they order their meal. Been a cook and I don’t see no reason to be lazy cause not just one sandwich was messed up two orders at 10$ a piece! Take better care of your customers.

I used to get tuna sandwich when they were located at Moore plaza ever since they moved I have tried it twice and I regretted it both times hardly no Tuna and it kinda watery so disappointing

This location is the absolute worst. I ordered catering online for a group of people at my hospice. Door Dash showed up to pick it up and deliver to me and the girl that works here said there was no order placed ??? I sent the confirmation e-mail , ticket number , order number , everything and she insisted they never got the order. She never offered to re-make the order or even apologized all she kept saying was that she was NOT going to make the order. Now I have to go over there personally after work talk to the manager and get a refund at the very minimum. Even door dash was shocked at her lack of professionalism. Don’t order from this location they take zero accountability and have no work ethics at all. Simply the worst.

Stopped by for lunch. Greeted well upon entering and manager took our order immediately. #56 Big Kahuna and #17 Philly cheese steak on point. Quick dine in was fresh and delicious.

Ordered a Philly sub to go and the presentation of the sandwich was very disappointing... the meat was very salty

The service was great! If you’re looking for a good fast sandwich this is the place to. The meat is is freshly right in front of you. The service was timely and the staff was very helpful on recommendations. We got the chicken buffalo with ranch and it was messy but so good. The men’s restroom could use a little attention but other than that the place was clean and work area was clean and service was fast and the staff has a great attitude!!!
