Stopped at this location after driving over an hour just to get Jersey Mike's, they informed me that all they had was mini breads, that's fine, so I ordered a bacon chicken sandwich and I was told they couldn't because everything was pre portioned and heating that up for a mini was a problem, I'm sorry but they should of figured it out, I didn't get anything and left very unhappy. I will never take a chance of going back just to be disappointed 👎

Check your food before you leave they take your order and somehow still mess up the order bunch of young kids and they seem to get confused at lunch rush

Went in for a sandwich an hour before close open sign was off, asked the lady in there if they were open she replied “technically yes” but we are out of bread. I could see bread in the back and on the rack she was using this as an excuse to not have to make food close to closing time.

This used to be the best sandwich place in town. The manager that used to be there was always friendly and the people that worked there seemed to love working there. Now you go in and they act like you are putting them out by wanting to buy a sandwich. And no one is smiling, must be an awful place to work. And then you tell them how you want your sandwich made and they don’t listen. Ordered two sandwiches. Both the exact same way. He made one and wrapped it up set the other aside with nothing on it. So I said you didn’t put anything on it. And he said he did. I said you must be so fast I didn’t see you put anything on it. He just looked at me with a blank face. So I leave thinking, I must be really tired and just was not paying attention. Should have checked it because I got home and nothing on it. Just bread and meat. Well, at least he got one of them right.

I've been to this location a number of times and they are routinely OUT OF BREAD entirely. Yes you read that correctly, a sandwich shop running out of bread. This has happened several times. At this point they've lost our business due to the wasted time and gas. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread so regularly? Something is seriously wrong with the way things are managed at this location.

I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s multiple times, hoping for a better experience, but each visit leaves me disappointed. The employees and manager consistently come across as rude, showing little regard for customer service. Whether I’m ordering in-store or through the mobile app, the staff’s attitude makes the experience unpleasant. Mobile orders, in particular, are a nightmare—they take forever to prepare, even when I place them well in advance. I’ve waited far too long for a simple sub, watching others who ordered after me get their food first. The food itself is decent, but the slow service and unfriendly staff make it hard to justify returning. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a quick, pleasant sandwich stop.

If you're in a hurry, don't bother. Ordered on the app and literally was waiting an hour while they ignored us and took care of walk ins. Asked for a refund and was just ignored multiple times. Absolutely worst service in Corpus. Refusing a refund after waiting so long should be illegal.

This was the first time experiencing terrible customer service at anyJersey Mike's location. Everyone seemed like they didn't want to be there. Especially I believe was a possible manager working at the time.

I am a member customer of Jersey Mikes and eat at the ennis joslin store twice a week, I always tip.last Saturday we bought a giant Italian. I was so disappointed in the obvious reduction of meat in my sandwich. Today, Thursday when I returned anyway I was told that the meat slicing had in fact been thinned and he was told to do that, ie didn’t have a choice. I just want to say I am really dissapointed in this decision and might take my business elsewhere.

I went to get food with some friends and ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. The chicken inside was raw so we asked them to remake the sandwich. They ended up making the wrong sandwich and gave me a different order. My friend’s food was also not the greatest. Cooking food to where it normally is meant to be eaten is food handler’s 101. Unacceptable I was served raw chicken inside the first place.

Been going to this location for over a year. Always been satisfied with the quantity, quality and level of service at this store until today. My wife went and picked up a #13 to bring home for lunch. I didn't know it was possible to slice meat that thin. It was practically transparent. Guess I'll be finding a new sandwich shop.
