This was the first time experiencing terrible customer service at anyJersey Mike's location. Everyone seemed like they didn't want to be there. Especially I believe was a possible manager working at the time.
I am a member customer of Jersey Mikes and eat at the ennis joslin store twice a week, I always tip.last Saturday we bought a giant Italian. I was so disappointed in the obvious reduction of meat in my sandwich. Today, Thursday when I returned anyway I was told that the meat slicing had in fact been thinned and he was told to do that, ie didn’t have a choice. I just want to say I am really dissapointed in this decision and might take my business elsewhere.
I went to get food with some friends and ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. The chicken inside was raw so we asked them to remake the sandwich. They ended up making the wrong sandwich and gave me a different order. My friend’s food was also not the greatest. Cooking food to where it normally is meant to be eaten is food handler’s 101. Unacceptable I was served raw chicken inside the first place.
Been going to this location for over a year. Always been satisfied with the quantity, quality and level of service at this store until today. My wife went and picked up a #13 to bring home for lunch. I didn't know it was possible to slice meat that thin. It was practically transparent. Guess I'll be finding a new sandwich shop.
I ordered 3 sandwiches through UberEats and they were labeled appropriately by the staff. It made me smile. 😊 Great food as usual!

I recently visited Jersey Mike's for the first time, and while the sandwiches were undeniably delicious, the overall experience left much to be desired. We ordered five sandwiches, and each one was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. However, the ordering process was frustrating and stressful.
The staff wasn’t rude, but they weren’t exactly helpful either. It felt like they assumed we already knew how everything worked, which wasn’t the case. I had no idea what “Mike’s Way” meant, and no one took the time to explain it. We ended up trying to order “Subway style,” which caused confusion and held up the line. Communication was another issue—the busy environment made it hard to hear the staff, and I’m sure they struggled to hear me too.
The lack of clarity during the ordering process made the experience unpleasant, and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. On top of that, the prices were a bit high compared to other sandwich shops. While the food was great, the chaos of ordering left a lasting negative impression. I might give it another try, but I’d need to be better prepared for how their system works. Hopefully, next time will be smoother!

the last couple times ive come to this location, i asked for no tomatoes. and every single time, theres always tomatoes 😭 its fine for me bc im just a picky eater and i can pick them out, but what if i had an allergy bro 😔

I came here to get a sandwich today because I’m currently pregnant and in the trenches of morning sickness. This was the only thing I could think that sounded okay.
I asked for the ham on my sandwich to be heated up, which is annoying im sure, but I can’t eat cold cuts right now. It took a while, understandably. However, they made me pay while my sandwich wasn’t even done yet. My sandwich wasn’t even in front of him before the blonde guy behind the counter asked how I wanted it. (After I payed btw). I told him, and the lady at the register who was looking at me that I would like “mikes way, add banana peppers”. They then start helping the lady behind me so I walked to get my drink since I figured TWO people heard me say how I wanted my sandwich done, and they already had me pay so it was awkward.
They hand me my sandwich, I drive 20 minutes home, and there are 0 toppings on my sandwich. Just meat lettuce and cheese. I am so sad. Clearly the blonde guy making sandwiches needs some more training, and needs to listen a little better.
I understand it was getting busy, but please don’t rush people to pay right away and then mess up theyre 15 dollar sandwich because nobody was listening.

Did a call in order but some things happen and stuff slows down, that just happens no matter what. The staff was super nice, and it was worth the wait. Definitely would come again.

This place is terrible. I was the only customer. Took 15 mins for 4 people to do anything else than make me a sandwich.
The music was so loud I could not hear a word they said when I asked them to repeat themselves they caught an attitude.
Placed my sandwich next to register and did not ring me up. As I waited a person came in with a call in order so they chose to help that person out. Of course his order was wrong. 20 mins to get an over priced sandwich and terrible service.
I will never be back!

3 strikes and this location is out! I can't go here anymore, I'll go to the location on Staples. 3 times you have gotten my order completely wrong. The first time not even the roght sandwiches. The 2nd time half correct, right sandwich no toppings & was given guff about the size of my cup because I ordered GIANT and they gave me regular.
3rd time was lastnight, and half right order again. Sandwich was supposed to be all the way mikes way and it was meat and cheese. 2 out of the 3 chips were opened and I knew it at first by the lack of air in my bags, 2nd the soda machine was not putting out any soda only carbon.

Service a little slow. Also, while the sandwich was good, I will humbly submit that when a sandwich and a drink totals more than $20, you have lost the way. I may as well go next door to the Mexican restaurant and get a larger meal for the same price. I will not be back until the price is lower. Higher atmosphere score for the good music, so at least you have that. The overall score of two is for the excessive, non-valued price.

This was the worst place service sucked before I could even tell then what to put on it she was wrapping it up. Also had to tell her to put bacon on it even that it came with it she had to re open to put mayonnaise on it.. they forgot and kept mixing our sandwiches with others. Big joke
