We usually love the subs from here but we went in yesterday afternoon and I couldn't believe how bad of an experience it was all around. First the two people working behind the counter had horrible customer service, especially the young lady. She did not respond when we were telling her what we wanted so we didn't know if she heard us or not, then would give us annoyed looks when would repeat ourselves. She made the ordering process very difficult and confusing by being so unresponsive. We had a lot of trouble hearing her because she was mumbling and looking down most of the time. The food was plain and tasteless, I ended up throwing half of my sandwich away because I couldn't stomach it. The tables and chairs in the place were all over the place so we had to arrange the tables around the one we chose so we could sit down. Also they were very sloppily wiped up and there was still food crumbs on the tables and chairs. I don't think we will ever eat here again.

So this is going to be my last review for Jersey Mike's and do not want a thing in return because I've already seen the bad health and hygiene practices. The individual at the end of the sandwich line kept the same gloves on that he rang up my food and the gentleman's food before me and finished making my sandwich. I am completely appalled and disgusted like is this the best you all train people to handle money and food at the same time? I hope no one gets sick from eating this location or any other location if this is the health practices followed. Again, I don't want nothing in return because I will not be visiting Jersey Mike's again. The photo is from the dumpster at the apartments across the street where I live. I'd much rather go hungry than eat some bacteria from God knows what on the money?

Showed up at 8:40 pm. Door was locked, place was closed even though it says on the door and online open until 9:00pm. Knocked on the door and the gentleman inside ignored us. He was making sandwiches but acted like we weren't there. No sign or explanation as to why they closed 20 minutes early. Very disappointing. If you close at 8:40 pm please update your door and online.
Was craving a big ole Italian sub and they came through. Delicious, fast and courteous.

This is the first time I have been to this wonderful restaurant. Great service and helpful employees that made sue I got the subs that I wanted. We will never go to Subway again. Great food and service!!!

We normally order on the app for pickup from the Ennis Joslin Location. This is the third time in a row they mess up our order. They obviously don’t read the notes on the order or they don’t care. I am so disappointed. This was my go to place.

Hardest bread I've ever gotten for a sandwich. Couldn't even eat it all without possibly chipping a tooth. I guess this is another restaurant I'll have to do quality checks before leaving.
